This was completely unacceptable. I ordered a large smoothie and was handed a cup that wasn’t filled to a “large” smoothie I asked for. That’s not a mistake — that’s blatant shortchanging. If I’m paying for a large, I expect a full cup, not half of one. It felt careless, misleading, and honestly disrespectful to the customer. With prices already high, this kind of service is infuriating. McDonald’s needs to do better, because this experience was a total letdown and a waste of money.

Welcomed with a genuine smile and quick service. I ordered a #9 Combo Meal—two Double Cheeseburgers—and everything was spot on. The fries were cooked to perfection and the order was delivered hot and fresh. Clean tables, a comfortable atmosphere, and exactly what I needed for a quick break. Great experience all around!

The most horrible food I have ever gotten in my 57 years. Nasty, flat, pressed, burned chicken sandwich that tasted like old fish! (Remember- I ordered chicken – not fish)I had to spit the food out of my mouth it was that bad! The bun was even burned! I’m a bartender and work long overnight shifts. I stop at this location between 2:30–3:30 a.m. because it’s advertised as 24/7. One specific employee repeatedly tells me they’ve “run out of food” and are resetting the system to prepare for breakfast, claiming it takes an hour.
This is infuriating because other employees have served me during this exact time with no issue. This is clearly not a system problem—it’s one person refusing to do her job. Because of this, I’ve gone home hungry more than once after a long shift. If management wants to stop losing customers, they should replace her. If overnight food isn’t actually available, this location should not be advertised as 24-hour. Completely unacceptable service.

The temperature of the place is so cold that it is impossible to sit down to eat, the windows sweat on the outside and you cannot see inside. The chairs are all on top of the tables so you can’t sit down. I placed the order on the screen I ordered ketchup and honey monster with honey they never put it in the bag. They did not add the absorbent to drink the drink and they did not add a napkin in an order that is to go. You can see how the boys joke with each other and waste time and don’t pay attention. The order takes longer than normal and the level of the drinks is below normal. You ask them not to add any ingredient to your order, they don’t pay attention. I definitely wouldn’t come back here

I ordered online thru the app and that worked great and food was ready shortly after I arrived, that said you would think it would have been hot. Burger and fries were luke warm at best (Sat in dining room) but what was most upsetting after paying so much for lunch and upgrading from a medium to large fry, it was only about 2/3 full. I paid good hard earned money for a large and received maybe a medium. Completely ripped off and major disappointment. The team could at least make sure the fries are FULL and HOT We all know you can do better. The pics added show my disappointment.

Late Mobile orders beware they will let you order, take your money not refund your points and refuse to serve you. It is not a 24 hour restraunt. They are effectively closed for over an hour by choice while they get their crap together between meal changes.
