Went around 3:30am, line was long and A.I was taking the orders. I ordered my food and waited forever only to get to the window and the man said the A.I didn’t take my order even though it repeated my order back to me and gave me my total. I had to order a second time and wait even longer. The whole experience was horrible! Burger was horrible! Hard bread (dry as sandpaper), fries were soggy and lukewarm, soda flat. HORRIBLE! Waste of money, time and gas

The worker Valerie is such an absolute delight and jovial and jubilant to talk to. Every time I come to Carl’s Jr on my lunch break from Stater Bros, I’m always crossing my fingers and hoping that she is there. She always puts a smile on my face and always makes my day and/or night every time I see her.

Went there this morning a little angry because I tried to order on the Carl’s Jr app but the order failed but it still took money out of my account. Well I went to this location and the young dude that works there actually gave me my food after I showed him the money that was taken. I appreciate this because he really didn’t have to give me my food because the app failed so yeah that’s good customer service

Today, I never received the order I paid for @ 5am because they decided to close the Drive thru by putting a sign on the speaker but of course they accepted my payment on the app. — I thought my experince from picking up my order via Drive Thru with missing items from Jack in the Box close to Walmart was something unique because employees don’t read what’s written on the order clearly stated on the receipt. Now I know it is not. This time I have to add Carl’s Jr. to the list of fast food places where I need to double check everything because apparently what’s written on the receipt is not clear enough for them to read that’s why there are missing items. Oh well.

I ordered through the drive thru. Greeted by an AI voice. I asked if they serve breakfast because the breakfast menu was not on the screen. She said, “Yes.” I said, “The breakfast menu isn’t on the screen.” A friendly employee told me what breakfast items they have. I ordered a breakfast burrito with egg and cheese. With tax, it was OVER $5.00! For something smaller than a Taco Bell bean burrito, which is less than $3.00. If you had your breakfast menu displayed on the screen like you should have, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I would have got to Jack-in-the-Box and gotten two egg and cheese biscuits for $4.50. Never again, Carl’s, Jr. Fix your menu board. SHOW your prices. Give FAIR portions.

So as a business that says open 24 hours you would think hey lets turn off mobile and pick up orders but no so I ordered late night but the store was closed I get maybe alot of call outs but next time turn off mobile and pick up orders cause now I have to go through a whole process to get my money back…

My eighty-one-year-old father loves Carl’s Jr, and this location, in particular.
He asks me to pick it up all the time, and I always get the best customer service.
It is always consistently good.
I have never had that experience with any fast food restaurant.

This place is terrible the worst thing is that the owners do not pay attention to the reviews are counted the good employees more however she pointed out in this direct way to Patricia is rude she does not have the vocation of customer service she would not return to this place and I leave it to the other people if you see that she is attending come back another day.
