Ordered the Triple Dip, the sliders’ buns were stiff and the meat has hard. We sat in the bar because the music is lower there, but the lights weren’t working on the right side and they had no idea when they would be back on. The music is extremely up tempo and loud. This place looks like it’s still in the 90s and the food too.

UPDATE 11-25-25: Tried this location again. I really hope someone at corporate reads this. Somebody is making their own version of salsa here. They do not serve Chili’s salsa. Maybe a rogue employee is making their own version?? It is totally different!!! It is like it has been frozen and freshly thawed out.
Haven’t been to Chili’s in years because the service at the Alexandria, La location is so bad.So we decided to try this one while passing through Gonzales. Service was excellent, food came out fast. The triple dippers were awesome but the salsa was terrible. It wasn’t the salsa recipe that I remember. It was thick and very salty.
Also severely overpriced for lunch for 2, $55 for 2 triple dippers, 1 coke and chips and salsa………….

1/2/25. Came here for a later dinner and the place had plenty of seats. I ordered the Old times burger and a sweet tea. I would bet it came out in about 10 minutes. That’s just as fast as a fast food restaurant but the burger here at Chili’s was much better.

We went last sunday at 2 pm.
There were tables available in the bar área so we can see the games.
The place is good with different tvs in the table is a screen so your son’s can play with that and also the.kids menu that have games
The people were.very kind, the food was excellent and very good prices.
We ordered pizza for the kids, burger for me and a salad for my wife. Lemonade, beer and water

PRAISE GOD,my experience with CHILI’S was truly delightful. From the moment The worker Ms Rayne was a spirit of joy ..I was having problems doing my order on line,so is I called my order was 3 for 1, I got quarter pounder hamburger , loaded mash potatoes, enchilada soup tea ..all these were piping hot, fresh, an outstanding in flavor, very hearty….Ms Rayne was so helpful in having my order on time…….no waiting , with a beautiful smile … totally joyful, we ministered God work and shared a very important message to each other.GOD is of love in CHRIST….A smile goes a very long way …

Ive been in this place twice in the last two weeks. The nachos looked and tasted like it came from a dog food can. It was probably one of the worst places I’ve been and I travel for work. I usually look forward to coming to Louisiana because of the good food. This place here is one of a kind for sure. The service is ok tho.

I have been here before, but this visit was awesome! Tony, our server, made this occasion very special with his stellar service. My little cousins were on the honor roll in their respective classes and we wanted to celebrate their achievements and we chose this restaurant as the venue. They had a great time and I enjoyed seeing them happy. I must visit this place again!

Our server Ashley was one of the best we had in a long time. She was attentive, our drinks never went empty. She made sure we had all the condiments we asked for and even made my salad with the dressing on the side. Also Alexander, the runner who brought some of our food to the table was very nice, he always had a smile for you. The food was hot and very tasty. Very happy with this location.

Ordered fajitas and the meat was very well-done and dry. Salmon was also super dry like it had been sitting out for a while. The side of rice for both meals was rock hard. Food took about 20-30 minutes and we were both sick the rest of the day after dining here. Food was bad, service was okay, and we saw a lot of other unhappy tables. Seemed to have been understaffed for a busy Sunday lunch. Be careful eating at corporate restaurants!
