This is a fantastic Wendy’s, and the only one I go to. Their bacon cheeseburger is the bomb and they do a great job Everytime. The people there have been warm and friendly as well, I come in and doordash often and eat there every once in awhile, mainly at night.

Out of all the Wendy’s locations in Traverse City, this one stands out the most. The staff here is always friendly, fast, and really seems to work well together. Every time I stop by, the service is consistent and the food comes out fresh and quick. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Chris, the manager, does an excellent job leading by example; very professional, attentive, and makes sure customers feel valued. It’s clear he runs a well-organized and positive environment.

I came here and I was greeted with amazing customer service! They let me know that they were a little short staffed but I wasn’t even worried about waiting. They made it so fast and it was delicious! Janelle was the man! He made my experience there a blast! The other employees were also so nice! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

$12 for brown lettuce and soggy chicken. They offered a replacement but I don’t want to drive back for another disappointing sandwich. Save your money and time and order Togo from small businesses in the area.

The staff were doing the best they could for being understaffed and busy.
The store did not have enough people to clean the dining area. NOT thier fault if management can’t hire enough people. Which is a widespread problem across the country.

WHERE’S THE BEEF!! They have square burgers that used to hang every corner off the bun… Not anymore, could barley find the beef, but i did find a hair! Pathetic! Give us proper portions!!

Walked in and there were 2 people ahead of me. It seemed they were short staffed. Completely understandable. I was standing in line for over 15 min (again understandable) and never placed my order because I witnessed one of the staff members take the chicken nuggets out of the warmer with their bare hands, place them in the carton for an order, and then proceed to wiper their hands on their chest . If I can visibly see this happening, I can’t even imagine what is going on behind the scenes. This was my cue to exit stage left. We left and went to BK, where they were all wearing gloves.
