So many fruit flies. Our food was horrible. It was cold and the fries seemed to have been re dipped in the oil. I don’t know when Wendy’s started using the cheapest buns they could find what if I’m paying for a burger I should be able to hold it without it just shredding in my hand while I’m trying to eat it. So bad. The ketchup station was covered in fruit flies and we were constantly having to swat them away while eating. And the crew was rude. So rude. Bags of food just sitting on the counter, I guess your pick up orders but they were there forever

I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and it was perfect fresh moist and made with love biscuit was fresh and egg and cheese.
I also ordered an egg and cheese mc muffin fresh flavorful and made with love.
It’s been along time since I have eaten fast food especially in the morning and it actually worth the money I was spending. Thank you to that chef, team and manager I wish I would have gotten my recipe or the name of the women who served my order. Keep up the service and quality.

Arrived for lunch and found the doors locked for some reason. We got inside because one of the door locks is broken I guess. We assumed the door was just weird but it turns out the lock is busted and the lobby was closed. We had ordered online for dine in and had no indication that the lobby was closed. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. I wish we had because the food was awful. The french fries were burnt and the food took way too long to be given to us. The employees acted pretty annoyed that we were there. If you’re going to close the lobby post a sign! Why the heck was the lobby even closed during lunch to begin with? I got the feeling they just didn’t want to work because they weren’t treating the drive thru much better.

Man, I had a different experience than some of these low reviews. These guys were great . The food was delicious…hate to say it, but they have McDonald’s beat for breakfast… except for the hash browns. Mickey D’s still owns the crown for hash browns. The sausage had this kind of sirloin/Angus flavor that hit me the right way…the egg and cheese on there tasted closer to fresh, if you know what I mean. And the service was friendly at the drive thru…we had a laugh when they handed me a coffee and a raspberry vitamin water. I couldn’t remember ordering a pink drink, and then realized I did and told them it was for my wife. They told me that I really better not forget it. Good peeps. Good times at the Wendy’s, yo. Quality… it’s all about the QUALITY. Westside Wendy’s has it going on. Get yourself some Wendy’s for breakfast. Wannie out.

Showed up at 12:50am to get an ice cream to satisfy my craving and the employees had all the lights off in the dining area & all of their vehicles started. I went and sat at the drive threw and nobody answered so I pulled up to the door to look at the hours and it said 1am. While I was at the door looking at the hours another customer pulled up into the drive-thru and nobody answered them either. You don’t want to work your scheduled hours then sit home!! Useless!

This place definitely deserves ZERO! I friend and I went to eat inside. They now have a touchscreen to order. I couldn’t figure out how to order how to order 2 sandwiches. Maybe it was a simple thing but 0% of the employees offered to help us. Actually, 0% even looked our way. So, 0% of customer service equals 0% of my business!

I haven’t been around their drive through for a decade or more, so I thought we’d take a try at the late night bite after shopping in a nearby city. It was about 9pm when we ordered the double “Baconator” and a regular chicken sandwich, not the spicy. I was told to pull up to the second window to order. It seemed like EVERYONE is told to order at the second window as a line had formed ahead and behind us. They must be making just one car order at a time as we waited for two different sandwiches to be made and paid for then handed through that same window. It could’ve been low staffing issues and I couldn’t really tell which sandwich was which so I had to unwrap each at home to see.
The sandwiches were still warm enough though and the bacon was crispy and the meat and overall sandwiches were not dry or terrible and we liked them. It was a bit greasy though on the bun so it’s probably the entire situation for everyone’s order, idk…
They did have a line of cars with us in it so the location, hours and unique iconic quality of it must be part of the distinctive areas burger culture. My more local burger chain culture is different too and that’s exactly why some burger joints seem to be working.
Wendy’s is interestingly good and possibly your relief for that late night bite idea, “hangry’s” or 1st time social media discovery or burger cravings, or whatever you need to fill in that drive through gap in this area! js…

If i could give them zero stars I would. It’s very clear they don’t care about the customers at this place. We were waiting in the drive thru and the car that was waiting to order pulled off(who knows how long they were waiting) then the next car pulled up and someone asked them what they wanted, they told them then no response from the worker, the lady waited a few minutes then she went inside. I called and asked if they were having problems with the drive thru and they just hang up on me. Some of the worst customer service ever. If you’re busy just say that. Couldn’t say someone will be with you shortly or something, no just ignore the customers. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
