The food is usually pretty good here. I usually get a sandwich and the nuts about berries salad. I lowered the rating a bit as this time when I went there was one guy working his arse off while a bunch of other people just stood around. I really like the salad and I usually do their seasonal sandwich. This time it was a grilled cheese with bacon and apples that was quite good. I also lowered the rating a bit as this place just feels a bit too expensive for what you get as well as asking for tips when you need to get your own drinks as well as bus your own table.

I love Zupas and eat there VERY often but today was not what I was expecting. I ate almost half my food when I realized that there was a bug in my food. When I called the manager said “It just happens because we have fresh produce” and honestly either way that is very unacceptable and they should be cleaning it throughly. I’ve never experienced this with any other fresh foods

Love this place! My favorite soup is a half half of the cauliflower and mushroom! It’s so good. Everything is always delicious! Service is good enough. My only complaint is that sometimes when I order towards the end of the day, it’s clear that water has been added to the soups.

Very disappointed with the portions of my sandwich, looks NOTHING like the image in the menu. It was literally absolutely pathetic looking and left me hungry and wanting more. It tasted amazing so unfortunately it was just a tease of a sandwich. It would of taken the content of 5 sandwiches before it started to look anything like the pictures, that’s how miniscule the portion was for my sandwich. The second issue was that I asked for baby butter lettuce in my salad and I got the chopped mixed greens. The sticker on my box shows baby butter lettuce right on the package and it still managed to be wrong. The salad was tasty as well but it also lacked a valid portion. I spent about $18 for all this and did NOT get my money’s worth.

I’m only ever in the area once a year and Zupas is a must every time. The soups are absolutely my favorite. The Wisconsin Cauliflower and the Mushroom Bisque are heavenly, I get them every year. I also love that every meal comes with the chocolate covered strawberry. Prices are super reasonable too!

Food tasted great. Service, for the most part, was amazing. The reason for the 4star was that I asked for 3 drinks and was charged for 4. The atmosphere received a 4 star rather than a 5 because the toilet was plugged, and the bathroom looked like a disaster. No toilet paper in working stall.
In main seating area, some garbage wrappings were on the floor.
Chocolate covered strawberries were amazing. Yummy.

I loved my first visit to CZ. My partner and I visited for some dessert- we got the iced hot chocolate and the candy cane chocolate cup! The iced hot chocolate’s made with oat milk so it was perfect for my vegan partner. I also couldn’t get enough of the candy cane cup!!! One of the best tastes is fresh strawberry and chocolate and this cup really hit the spot.

Wow. This place is amazing!! The food is fresh, tasty, flavorful and delicious!! I tried the south west protein bowl and Korean BBQ sandwich. This is one of the best salads I have ever had!!!! Every ingredient was fresh, crispy and tasty. Everything in the salad went very well together. The Korean BBQ sandwich was pretty good, the bread was the best part. It does have a kick, so if you do not like a hint of spice, I don’t recommend it. They have wonderful portions, so it is a good value. I love that it comes with a chocolate covered strawberry and a roll!! I will definitely be back

I’m a blue collar guy and really don’t gravitate towards these modern yuppie type of joints, but this was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile. Pleasantly surprised! The grilled cheese was soft and delicious with some amazing pesto type thing spreaded on it, and the tomato soup was very creamy and flavorful. I’m very glad we stopped here and I’ll definitely eat here again.

Great food that always tastes fresh and flavorful. Their salads are especially good.
This spot can get pretty busy during lunch crowds and the modern interior can make it rather hard to hear people without shouting, but it’s a nice place in Greenway.
Ordering can be a bit tedious sometimes, as the assembly line-type setup means that I sometimes have to repeat my order to 3-4 different people, but overall isn’t the worst.
Great place to stop for healthier options!
