A Sip of Montana is a warm and casual Taproom located in the Woods Bay area of Bigfork MT, our goal has been to deliver Montana Craft Beer using only Statewide Craft Breweries. This allows breweries to offer us their flagship brews as well as some newer and not well known beers they may have. After you’ve perused our ever-changing spirit lists and allowed yourself to unwind a bit, feel free to make a friend or two. After all, we’re more than just drinks, we’re a community. Came here after reading reviews .. was not disappointed!!! Friday night karaoke is a blast! Bartender was AMAZING! Did some singing while bartending.. pretty impressive! We had a good vantage point into the kitchen and at the end of the night they were scrubbing the wall! I mean I’ve worked in a lot of kitchens and sure didn’t scrub the walls at night! Stopped in on our drive around the lake and they had an awesome selection of Montana beers – they had one of our favorites – the Bob IPA from sacred waters. Food and service were excellent. We had our kids with us and they enjoyed the free video games and food! Worth the stop!

The bar is clean and the taps are plenty. Added bonus, love the root beer on tap. Super cool. The staff was friendly. The food I did have was actually from the truck outside, but the bar works with them do not be alarmed. It was fantastic food.

Traveling through glacier and came across this place. Next to the gas station. When inside to see what it was like, would highly recommend you stop as well.
The pizza was amazing, and the Bear selection was awesome. Price points were great and has something for everyone.
The next time we pass through, we will definitely be stopping here again.
