This place has been going down for a while from the taste of the food since it was remodeled this place has given us terrible food in the evenings. The food they gave us yesterday was horrible! I got some food about two weeks before and it was under the manager (Gordito dark skinned) guy, but that food was good. Yesterday was so horrible it negated a one star review and pictures.

The service of this place is horrible. Every single time I go it never fails. The staff is rude The restaurant is always dirty And they’re always out of soda on the soda machine. The manager here has a personal vendetta Who is not allowing you the limit of sauces you’re allowed to get she wants to regulate it herself not by company rules Even though you ordered the appropriate amount of food. Just go to the one next to Fox Plaza, where they’re actually a hard-working team to give good quality, food and service.

This jack in the box has gone to shit. Simple order and they still screwed it up I asked for no cheese got cheese . They gave me my burger but never redid my tacos I asked for a refund. The service was great when they reopened this location but for the last 6 times I’ve eaten here its been a shit show 1 older lady and alm lazy kids working it like the grandma ordering them to work and they just dont give a flying F. The order was just a jr jack no cheese and order of tiny tacos and order of tacos no cheese and a small drink.

Yesterday, I went to buy a burger, which took an overly long time to be prepared. Even the people who ordered after me had not been served by the time I finished eating. Later that night, I started feeling very unwell with a severe stomach ache and eventually had to vomit.

I have gone a few separate times, and I have had bad experiences with waiting on average 25 to 30 minutes for my order, while other people that came in after I did got their food first. Last time I went I waited 45 minutes for my order, apparently I was skipped and they forgot about me.
