I just love the making a quick trip here. The staff are always smiling. When I ask for ” lots of sauce” I get it. Always hot and fresh food ready for consumption. Lol. Being g able to chat for a second with the drive thru person makes it an even better day. I would recommend this location to anyone. In town or from out of town, stop by and get some good food.

My burger was really pink. They said that’s how all their burgers are cooked. My husband who doesn’t mind a little pink in his burger said that was way too pink for him, even. They did graciously exchange it with something else. It was super cold in there, on a cold night.

Let me start by saying this is NOT how I feel about Arby’s in general! Actually, they’re one of my favorite places to grab something quick to eat, USUALLY, but not this particular store. This was my 3rd time to try them and all 3 times have been just horrible so it’s time to tell Google. This branch must not be up to the same standards as others in the area. The fries always taste like they’ve been sitting under a warmer for days. None of the food is ever is hot. And don’t ever leave without checking your order because it will be screwed up. Oh, and make sure you get plenty of napkins because they don’t make sandwiches. If you order a beef and cheddar, they’re gonna take the wrapper, lay it down and put a bun on it, put some meat on it (not on the bun necessarily as long as it’s in the wrapper), and pour on some cheese and wad it up and throw it in the bag. Oh, and do yourself a favor, do NOT get ice in your drink.

The young lady that answers speaker and takes orders at this location, Alyssa, is the kind of employee you want to try and throw more money at if someone tries to swipe them, and they will try. Having an intelligent and friendly person at the helm of any operation prevents problems you never knew you weren’t having to deal with.

Went through the drive thru so atmosphere wasn’t a concern. I ordered two jalapeno and roast beef sliders and they were actually hot when I received them. That is always a plus. I usually use the drive thru and the service there is always exceptional!
