The food, staff and environment was great! The spaghetti was very unique, and I love the gravy. I’d also recommend the Adobo rice.
My first & last time going to Jollibee (or at least this location).
It was busy, a couple of people in front of us in line and a couple behind us, but nothing crazy, but it still took about 20min to get to the front to order then another 30min to get our to-go order.
The floors were clean but the tables were covered in trash & customers leftover food.
The kid at the register was next to useless. I told him it was our first time there and asked what are they known for? He responded with “what are you in the mood for?”
I ordered the original chicken sandwich, 3 pieces of regular fried chicken, & 2 pieces of the Korean BBQ but please keep the sauce on the side because it’s a to-go order and I don’t want the chicken to get wet and soggy, he said they can’t do that…
The chicken sandwich was hot, but it was dry, overcooked & flavorless, most likely being cooked earlier in the day & sat under a heat lamp.
The 3 pieces of fried chicken weren’t as dry, but still overcooked & flavorless (zero seasoning). I tried dipping them in the gravy, but the gravy is tastes like gravy flavored water, also with no seasoning.
The 2 pieces of Korean BBQ chicken were DRENCHED in sauce & inedible, I threw them away.
We got sides as well but if they’re anything like the chicken I’ll most likely throw them away too.
What a waste of $50.
Easily the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. KFC is better. Popeyes is better. But Dave’s Hot Chicken is the best, don’t waste your hard earned money on this place, go to Dave’s across the street, your stomach will thank you for it.
ONE STAR
DO NOT RECOMMEND
We waited in line then had to wait again to get our food. (They give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. That’s how busy they are.) No seats were open, but we did finally get one.
There are a lot of workers, but it’s frustrating because some appeared not to be doing anything. They ignored me at the counter, then seemed irritated that I needed something.
The food was good, but not outstanding. The chicken was hot and fresh with a crunchy coating, but not really flavorful. The mango lemonade and mango pies are delicious, however.
The prices are also reasonable. We got a 10-pc bucket for around $33, and it came with 3 pies. We also got a chicken sandwich meal for around $10. They also sell spaghetti and burgers, but we didn’t order them.
My order includes a 3-piece chicken meal with one side of coleslaw through Uber Eats. The package arrived with the seal completely intact. About 30 minutes later, when I opened the bag to eat, I realized the coleslaw was missing.
The receipt clearly shows that the coleslaw was included, but it was not prepared or delivered. Since the bag was sealed, this was clearly a mistake from the restaurant’s side, not the driver.
As a first-time customer, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I expected better accuracy and attention to detail.
