I ordered my food about 6:30 ish online . I have been out of town for 3 weeks and I absolutely missed the southwest chicken . I ordered and I can’t believe how dry it is. There is very tiny pieces of chicken . The bread is not the regular bread , I ordered a salad with ranch and they didn’t give me that either instead they choose to give me soup I can’t eat cause I’m allergic to it. I gotta say this was absolutely the biggest let down . I think I’ll stick with the San Pedro location. At least the employees follow the order and prepare the meal perfect every time . I’ll never eat at 4 th street or order from there ever again !

It’s Valentine’s Day , we came in expecting to have a delicious Italian meal , it was 8:30 and they let us know it could only be to go . I was disappointed but very hungry as we are out of towners and we had a horrible experience with them losing our booking . They still were willing to make our food to go . We agreed because we were losing time . The service I can say was soooo sweet ! They listened to our troubles while we waited on our food , they gifted us gelato while we waited and still applied a discount to our bill. They completely turned our valentines around ❤️ we are so grateful for their generosity! Great team ! Thank you Joel !

I went in tonight to pick up a Door Dash order. Was literally brushed off, told it wasn’t ready yet. Cool, I completely understand, I was super close so could see not everything being ready for p/u yet. After 10 minutes, 2 other people come & go, the Dasher app tells me it’s been ready, I ask, can you let me know about how much longer. This is a side gig for me so not always pressed for the order. Being told a few minutes, yeah it’s a few more minutes. That’s pretty vague & honestly brush off answer. Time is money & my time is just as valuable as yours. I to am providing a service. I say that to say this, check my order history with your company & you’ll see I myself have ordered plenty as has my family. Not anymore. I’m a customer too & I’ll choose to go elsewhere now, which is too bad because you’ve been our go to for many years & many dollars spent.

One of the better pizza spots in Albuquerque! The food is good but not excellent.The service is the real star here. The staff is awesome and very attentive to their tables. Definitely worth a visit if you value great service alongside a good meal.

I got the dinner that had 3 “different” dishes. They pretty much tasted the same. Not bad, just not much difference. The tomato sauce is good. The eggplant was delicately fried and crispy, not heavy. Ravioli was decent but not outstanding. Lasagna same. I’d like to go back and try the pizza.

Definitely disappointed by today’s service. Usually Mario’s is always really good. The last time that I ordered the wings they were a little dry so I asked my DoorDash driver to ask for an extra side of buffalo sauce. Because the order had already been closed out, they wanted me to do an entirely new DoorDash order just for a small side of buffalo sauce, which is ridiculous. Especially when the wings have no sauce on them. I paid $60 for dry wings and burnt pizza. Sad day 🙁

Stopped by after swimming for a Pizza slice. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and hot fudge brownie sundae. The pizza slice was made fresh and came out quickly. Delicious pizza, great crust, and fresh ingredients. The sundae was larger than the Pizza. Fast and friendly service. A good place for Italian food. I need to go back for their Chicken Marsala. Definitely a place to check out.

We had lunch at this location of Mario’s yesterday-beef lasagna and manicotti. The portions were huge and delicious! The staff was very polite, professional and courteous. We highly recommend Mario’s. Go hungry!
