Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Ordered a frozen coke and I got HALF a cup of coke and most of it was foam. Don’t fill the cups all the way and half a thing of fries, the burgers I got were so sloppily put together they were literally falling apart, as well as no straws. Not the first issue I’ve had but definitely the one that topped the brim.

Young man on the speaker had the most manners out of the staff I dealt with. Whoever made my food used old and stale ingredients. The person who handed me my food didn’t say a word knowing damn well the food she was serving was 1000%bogus. Stale fries, dry burger and no napkins. The dude was cool but the girl was not.i recommend you choose another location if you want a late night snack or just go to Taco Bell up the street. And if you do I hope you have a better experience

Ordered in advance, on the mobile app checked in and waited 20 minutes with no food. Went inside and 3 girls at counter with no customers. I explained my issue, and they said, oh. You’re the order with no pickles? and laughed. And then brought me my order. No apologies or anything. They really could have cared less.

This location changes 50 cents for extra onions. No onions on my double cheeseburger. Fries on the soft chewy side. My large coke was excellent. Shame on you. You need to do better

Awful service. Incorrect orders. Employees don’t know what soft drinks they have/offer. Never displayed my order total on the screen. Overcharged. Incorrect change. Its difficult to imagine a worse experience could be provided.

I wish I could find something positive to note. I like to give good reviews but simply can’t rate low enough here. Return visits are my fault. That will not happen again. There’s a Penn Station, and a few dinners nearby I will make sure I start going to instead.

After taking a break from this location for around six months I tied it again today. They turned away any non app orders at the drive through due to not enough staff. Apparently the staff are as dissatisfied as us customers.

Please sell the location to another food/restaurant business. Subway? Anything. Please.

Unbelievable. This location is at least consistent. Consistently awful. I have myself to blame for this experience. I know better.

Do you want fries with that. Sure. Here’s a large fry ( see pic below. Wow !

Spend your money and get 1/2 the product.

From time to time we need to update reviews.

Today we stopped in for chicken big Macs.

Our counter staff person was super cool. He was very helpful. We ordered two chicken big Macs. Extra cheese. Sauce and pickle.

Perfectly crisp and hot. And loaded with toppings.

That was very tasty. We will be back for another round of chicken big Macs 🙂

Workers were not taking any orders in drive thru I had to go inside for my mobile order
To see that the workers were standing/sitting around doing nothing. I then asked why wasnt anyone taking orders in drive thru? He ignored and asked what I had and then walked away. Then I had to go back through the drive thru and they still wasn’t taking orders

I do-not recommend coming to this Mc Donald’s terrible service/workers

The experience I had was mediocre. It could have been better, but then again it could have been worse! My sandwich had a small dot of tartar sauce, was dry, and was not hot. My fries were full of rock hard crunchy end pieces. I was told thank you and to have a nice day upon receiving my order.
