We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went to Checkers this morning . Was there first thing when they opened. Ordered the mix and match for $5- made it a meal. Used app and got buy any burger, get one free- Got the Triple Buford. When they put the bag out walk up window, all that food was in 1 bag- soon as picked it up, it ripped.fries fell on ground. Knocked on window & told lady what happened. She just stood there. I said need fries replaced and can I get 2 bags- one for the heavy burgers and other bag was for mix and match. ‍♀️ why she would put all that in 1 bag… smh. Anyway, I am attaching photos of how the triple Buford’s looked. Very sloppy and looks thrown together. Safe to say I will not patronize Checkets again. Food should not look like this .

I have always loved this location, but this will be my last visit. In fact, my family used to love this location so much that we were willing to travel 15 miles to spend our money at this location. Unfortunately, my wife is a very trusting person and the last 3 times she has traveled to this location and placed an order it has always been missing something. The last time sealed the deal for me. I ask the public to view this picture and tell me if you would eat that apple pie. Not to mention that my burger and fries were missing. The only contents that were in the bag were destroyed, smashed, stepped on, or whatever you want to call it. In addition to the aforementioned, when I attempt to contact the Franchisee of this location the voicemail is always full with no ability to leave a message. So I ask the public again for their opinion, would you want to spend your hard earned money only to get sub par customer service and a bag full of crap you didn’t order and food that appears to be not fit to eat? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! BRIAN KONKOL IS A JOKE OF A BUSINESSMAN AND HIS BUSINESS COASTAL CAROLINA FOOD CORPORATION IS MAKING CHECKERS LOOK BAD. HONESTLY, IF ONE WERE TO REFERENCE Checkers CORPORATE REVIEWS, HE OR SHE WOULD EASILY GATHER WHY THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS WILL NOT SURVIVE MUCH LONGER WHEN THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS GET SERVED NASTY, POSSIBLY DANGEROUS FOOD AND NO PLATFORM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES AT HAND. I am very particular about my chicken sandwiches, especially when reading all of the things that go into a processed piece of chicken. So I only order chicken sandwiches with real chicken breast fillets. When I pulled up to order, I asked the cashier if they used processed chicken or if they used real chicken fillets in their sandwiches. She assured me that they used real chicken fillets. When I bit into my sandwich, I could immediately tell that it was processed chicken. It was disgusting! Do people that work in fast food restaurants not know the difference between real and processed chicken? Or do they just not care what they are giving to their customers and say anything to get them through the line? Very disappointed!

We were wanting a quick meal so we ordered online through the Checkers/Rallys app and picked up through the drive through. I ordered the Unbeatable Meal Deal and upgraded to a medium, which was an 80 cent upcharge. The meal came with a medium fries and drink, an apple pie, and then a choice of a burger or a chicken sandwich. I got the cheese double burger without mustard, pickles, and onion. I chose Hi-C Flashin Fruit Punch for my drink. My sister got a 3-piece fry-seasoned tenders with BBQ dipping sauce. The meal deal was $4.80 and the 3-piece was 5.99, totaling $10.79. We had a coupon in the app which gave $5 off a $10 or more purchase, so we ended up paying $6.20 for all of the food. This was a huge win! We picked our order up and the person who gave us our order was such a delight! The food was amazing. Checkers fries are the absolute BEST and they don’t need any more seasoning or sauce- they are perfect on their own. The burger was great and made just the way I ordered. The apple pie was really tasty, I liked the dusting of cinnamon sugar on the outside. The tenders were great too! Very juicy and seasoned very well. Since this location is close to us, we will definitely be back!

Great food. I get the spicy chicken sandwich and my wife gets the double cheese burger. We generally sit in the car and eat it but it’s good at home too. I would highly recommend. Service is good. Very rarely they can be slow. There is outside seating.

Very inappropriate service today, I have experienced as ordering and speaking to the manager regarding a fresh fish sandwich. Manager reminded me to ask for the sandwich to be fried hard before coming to the window after expressing the fish sandwich was very soggy.

Manager asked me to pull to the handicap parking spot to bring a new sandwich out. Upon waiting for napkins at the window. The manager opens to window aggressively and states what else do you need? I then stated I need a full refund. I asked for her name to be able to contact corporate and she turned her back and closed the window.

Bruh like what? So my husband ordered via Uber Eats , the driver picked up an order with the wrong name and told us that’s what they gave him ,that food had been sitting there since 8:39 pm it’s almost midnight by the time we ordered. First off why are you keeping the food. On a shelf for 4 hours ? That’s a health hazard !! The bacteria that has started to grow in 4 hours ! Absolutely disgusting. This place we will never eat from again. The fact that I can’t give 0 stars makes me madder.

Stopped to get a quick bite to hold me over until dinner time. I decided to get the chili cheese fries and they were delicious. The food was smoking hot when I received it and they gave me plenty. Will order this item again. Great job!

Okay. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this at this location-but it is the first time I was affected by it. If you’re going to close the left lane… WHY would you place the cones AT the menu-which is in an area that drivers are unable to see UNTIL a sharp left turn is partially made? Wouldn’t make more sense to place the caution cones at the end of that particular drive thru? I personally think that just common knowledge? And as a business-it shows that you have just a tiny bit of consideration for the people that are paying for services at this business!
