Excellent fast food restaurant. I love their common taste. It is always the same across the franchise. I love their deals like the biggie bag. Its cheap affordable and delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more. Also I dont want to forget. They have a large parking space so if you decide to enjoy your meal right after you get it. You can do so.

The drive thru service poor. This location never have frosties. Be sure to leave with all your food in your bag, don’t allow them to make you pull to drive thru pickup because they’ll forget about you. The only thing I recommend is the tenders.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 4 AM and the store shows as open lights on, employees visible inside, but nobody answers the intercom. I even saw a worker walking around in there while I sat waiting. Another car pulled up behind me and got ignored too. If you’re not actually serving customers, then close the drive-thru or update your hours. Totally unacceptable to have people sitting there for nothing when the place is clearly staffed.

Bacon was under cooked for my “son of baconator”, even for fast food.
Service was not uniquely selective, I didn’t think the catch the lady’s name by but she charging 53 cents for sweet and sour sauce (which wasn’t a big deal) I tapped and paid as I did for the (Son of Baconator) but when I asked for my receipt for the she asked me to come inside though I was in the drive-thru. I said “no worries” I just sent one of my kids in there to ask for the receipt but I guess there was miscommunication now that my second child went in when they were speaking thinking that they wanted more sweet and sour sauce. She gave them their SWEET CHILI sauce free of charge.
Things that they were still some confusion miscommunication My kids came out and asked me if I could come inside because they needed me. So parked the car and walking inside and then the lady recognizes me from the drive-thru she then unwarrantedly explains that she gave the kids free sauce because they’re kids.
I didn’t engage too much cuz I should be just wanted my receipt; which she and or the MOD provided rather promptly.
All in all I think they were just moving too fast she was probably a little irritated because all in all she still gave me the wrong size the one I paid for and the more she paid for free lol.

Came to this location after work late night, so technically, this morning(9/28). Only thing that is really open. Sat in the long line. When we finally got to order, I specifically asked if they frosties. She said yes. I asked if they had chocolate. She said yes. Cool, I proceeded with my order. I asked what comes on the chicken blt biggie bag. She tells me. I said NO TOMATOES. IM ALLERGIC. PLEASE NO TOMATOES!!..My bf says no onions as well(I’m allergic) but says it doesn’t come with it ok cool. Get to the window to pay. She says after we handed her the cash, oh we don’t have chocolate, only vanilla frosty. Smh but I asked that before we even ordered bc I would’ve left then instead waiting in the long line. My bf tells her nevermind she doesn’t want the frosty now. She hands us the change and my food. I get all the way home which is 45mins away only to bite into my sandwich. I had swallowed the first bite. Went for a second and i smell tomatoes. I open the sandwich up and there’s a tomatoe on the sandwich. IM ALLERGIC!!! I then realize a chunk is out the tomatoe which means I swallowed that piece already. I’m pissed. Bc my life is now in danger. My face and throat starts itching and within 5mins I’m fully broke out in hives!! I work in the food industry and take allergies very serious. It doesn’t take much to ensure a specific item is correct before wrapping it up and handing it to the customer. My bf couldn’t even call the restaurant bc he realized they never gave us our receipt when he told her I didn’t want the frosty anymore. She just gave the change. I had to spend hours doped on meds until my body calmed down enough for me to sleep bc of their negligence.
If you have food allergies, I don’t recommend ordering thru the drive thru.

Ordered through the app. I ordered 3 biggie bags ( Bacon double stacks) one meal deal (Jr CB) and 2 other sandwiches. The 2 other sandwiches were correct but all the bags were jr cb. I called the store and customer service for over an hour. Finally the store says call Doordash. Why? How? They delivered the food but I ordered from Wendy’s. Terrible. Finally customer service helped after an hour and a half wait on the phone. Do better.

I know I am going to regret this later lol but the MOD this morning Sunday, 8/24 between 10:18-10:33a needs a raise. I usually despise this Wendy’s but TODAY I didn’t even care about the wait because the service was so top tier. Also, I was ordering a sm potato and sm coffee not even paying attention to the 2 for 3 with the med coffee and he got me together lol.
If they stop lying about being open 24 hours and he’s always the manager on duty, I might start coming back faithfully.
