Ordered on mobile app 15 minutes b4 I arrived. Food not ready. I get it and park. My breakfast sandwich not have extra bacon i paid for. I went back inside to just get the extra bacon. Young man at counter says I got you. Had an WHOLE NEW SANDWICH made for me and told me to keep one that was not correct. Just awesome. I ate SANDWICH not correct and gave new correct sandwich to my coworker. Both of us had good morning because of that young man.!! Just awesome. Manager walked by while I was waiting an ask if I needed help. I said no young man was helping me. What a great staff!!! Hwy 141 and 30 McDonald’s Missouri. Be kind and show them love and patience ❤️

Came here ordered two burgers no onions no mustard get home to find one burger completely destroyed and just throw together I think oh well no big deal I’m hungry I take one bite and guess what’s under the two extra pieces of cheese onions luckily this isn’t an allergy more of a preference but maybe you should have your people pay a little more attention before you get sued for causing an allergic reaction

Wanted to purchase 2 gift cards.Went to counter. Told to order at kios. When I told him not ordering food but 2 gift cards was told to wait,;they are busy. After waiting several minutes, without assistance, I left. You think they would have someone in front at register.

Usually this location is so good and always gives me hot and fresh food. Today I uber eats McDonald’s from this location to me, I technically got the same items I ordered but they did not give me a spicy mcchicken, I got a regular mcchicken add slivered onion and pickle absolutely disgusting. Then the medium fry I ordered was not hot and were hard and cold. The fries don’t even have any salt on them?? I didn’t even get the ketchup packets I asked for. When I picked out the onions and pickles there was also hair in it!! I did not even realize it until after I ate the mcchicken… I was hungry so of course I ate what I got.

After all the times ive been through this drive thru and waited 10-15 plus minutes i can confidently say you would have a faster time going out tracking, hunting, killing and skinning your own deer and making your own food before you’re able to get your food in a “fast” manner at this place.

They will ignore the front counter entirely and leave you waiting for mobile ordered food in the back out of your reach for 40 minutes, even when you address them. However a cop came in and immediately got service. Also a female employee was hanging over the counter with her cigarettes out in front of a kid.

This is one of the better locations that I’ve been to in the STL area! One of the things that impressed me was their service. Recently, when my family and I visited, we were greeted by an employee named Joseph who made a genuine effort to create a good experience for us and other patrons. He was running orders out to patrons inside and ensuring everything meet smoothly. Even when we had a mishap with our order( error on our end when using the kiosk) he still rectified the issue and got us settled In a timely manner!

I was never a Mc Donald’s Fan. I was there at the beginning. . No one to go to lunch with me ? Because we only had a half hour lunch. . And I would get mine plain. . No thanks , I’ll pay the difference and love my meal. ..I deserve it. .
