A Truck driver , and I’m very happy to report this is a favorite place to stop and I drive all 48 states. I’m thankful for the truck spot. It allows me ( drivers ) to grab lunch when otherwise a bite to eat is farther up the road. Place is always clean including restrooms. The staff both management and hourly are great ! Attentive and ready to listen to old men just talking yap yap yap lol
Food and fries are always fresh as well as great shakes. In a world where everyone seems to say “ it’s not my job “ and pass it by , you have young people who do the opposite. Great for them but also , leadership shows the way. Thank you.

NOTHING LIKE GETTING HOME FROM A LONG DAY AT THE OFFICE AND OPENING UP THE DINNER YOU JUST PICKED UP AND SEE THAT HALF THE ORDER IS MISSING AND THE CHICKEN YOU DID GET IS RAW! DISGUSTED! We have been loyal customers of this Hardee’s for years! While they definitely get it right foe breakfast, they surely do the opposite for dinner! Thanks for taking my money and ruining what should have been a quick, easy dinner!

Service was fast. Biscuits looked smaller. Biscuits and hash rounds were greasy. The biscuit paper was soaked thru with grease. Food was hot.

How is it possible that a person who is a manager—his name is Travis, from the restaurant—can have such an unpleasant attitude and provide such terrible service and be so rude when serving customers? I just bought a family dinner for $65, and it’s unacceptable that they treat customers so poorly when all we want to do is buy food. Please do something about this.

My family of 4 stopped here for a quick breakfast as we travelled through town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (special shoutout to the young man who was our cashier, who had a huge smile and said a genuine “have a good day!” as we left — it made my day!). The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Other patrons in the dining area were friendly, adding to our positive experience. The dining area and women’s bathroom were also very clean.

Hello, a few minutes ago I bought chicken tenders and fries at Hardee’s. They were horrible; the fries were super salty and the chicken tasted bitter and smelled like burnt smoke. I think the oil is very dirty. I won’t buy from there again.

A lovely woman greeted us, cheerfully gave details about items and her recommendations (her fav was the Frisco, and I wish id changed my order to that, as Swiss burger was salty but i didn’t want to cause her any extra work.) We opted to eat in the spotlessly clean dining area and she made us feel welcome for that decision, almost as though we were in her home. Even came out and wished us safe travels when we left. Very pleasant experience, especially for a fast food joint.

Hardee’s in Grandy is awesome. They always have fast service with a smile, even when there’s a line it moves quick. The new primal thickburger is awesome too! I really like how the “special” burger changes periodically keeping the menu fresh! This is a great stop on your way to the beach! ⛱️
