Wendy’s doesn’t show the customer service they did with Dave in charge.
I like the taco salads, but can’t eat tomatoes, however, every establishment refuses to accommodate because they prepare them in advance. Unacceptable. What happens when they have someone with food allergies? Those patrons go elsewhere. Thus, so will I.

Service was horrible the manager on duty was rude to me.
Went inside to order food and was told that we need to go order at the drive thru and my family and I were walking out and she kept on repeating herself in a rude tone and I told her okay no need to repeat it and she kept going.
Then she said “adios” on top of being rude what she was racial profiling my family.
Y’all need to get a new manager that know how to talk to people.

I went through the drive-thru today around 4pm. When we got home, we realized we were missing fries. (And, of course, they never gave us a receipt.) We tried calling the store numerous times, but no one picked up just endless ringing, which is ridiculous. So, we drove all the way back just to get our missing food. We got back in the drive-thru and asked for a manager. The manager, Kiara, walked up to the window and when we asked why the phones weren’t working she responded with the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard: “I wasn’t in the office, wassup.” When we calmly explained the issue of the missing food, she got immediately nasty. She had a total attitude, a stank face and was completely dismissive. When asked for her name, she pretended not to hear and shut the window and said something that made all the other employees around her laugh. The employee who finally handed us the missing food actually told us that Kiara was the manager’s name. Zero apology offered. They need to train their people better, starting with management. Zero stars, would not recommend.

Never coming back to this Wendy’s. They forgot to put straws and sauces in the bag. Gave me the wrong water. When I asked them to fix it, I got rudeness, mocking, and attitude in response. Terrible, rude service and complete disrespect for the customer.

Drive thru. Got what I ordered. Had a chick-fil-lay type drive thru. Person took my order outside had to give me a menu since I couldn’t see the sign from her location.
