Some really nice and helpful employees, others are not so good with bad attitudes.
One of the bad employees was upset that I ordered nachos to go(on the receipt ) and then put it on a tray without cover . They then proceeded to snatch it, had hair and something off their face fall into the food while putting the lid on. They put it in thw bag and tossed it onto the counter.

This chain of Taco Bell has gone down hill with skimpy portions in the taco’s. Sad but true. Plus they have gone up in price while the quality of product has declined. I wish it wasn’t so as I remember eating here many times when the portions were the right size and the price was not high enough to turn people off like nowadays.

I get the beef and rice cheesy burrito on value menu. I always request them to remove the cheese. I love just a rice and beef burrito. I’ve been told I’m a plain person. I enjoy my plainness lol .

This is where you go when the munchies hit and you need something more than fritos from the gas station. Their sauce spiciness is a chuckle because their hot sauce is “mid” at best… But that’s not why we come here. .. it’s all about the awesome smiles of the window clerks and having a baja blast while waiting on Doritos locos tacos and Mexican pizzas… Thank you for helping assist my wife Casey, in givinge taco flavored kisses. You really ring my .

Ordered online, arrived, they had me confirm my order as correct, drove up to window, received my drink, then here came my food. Fast and friendly, especially the manager on duty.
Very satisfied with the overall experience!
Did the early access mexican pizza, it’s good. I added lettuce and onions
So I did the $2 burrito, but added the chicken taco…….mistake. 50/50
Seriously
So tonight I decided to try the 7-layer nacho fries……pics tell all. Kinda wonder where’s my guacamole? I don’t care if I paid $0 or $10 for it.
NOT HAPPY !!! !!!!!
Ordered again, paid for three avocado verde salsas, if I hadn’t asked, not in there

I just drove across town 20mins before close, I got here 10minutes before close and the workers sat inside and waited until closing time. I rode up to the window to honk my horn they just looked and walked off! I’m so pissed because nothing else is open and I drove all this way for no reason! NEW STAFF ASAP! Stop closing before 5! They bs!

Went through the drive thru and the lady on the headset was very rude and rushing me up so I drove away and heard her shout something out of the window throwing a trash bag with something metal trying to hit my car. The attitudes of the people they place in the window really sucks. I’ve been going to this location for years without any problems until now the customer service is going down.

I live in Claremore but my shop is in tulsa so this is the Bell I go to.. I’ve NEVER had an issue with an order and everyone is so nice.. the manager Alicia always has a smile on her face and always friendly.. they always make sure that everything is made right and not just a teaspoon of meat like some other locations that I now avoid..

Pro’s:
-off a busy highway, so quick and easy to grab a bite to eat before heading on the freeway or right off of it
-not far from the airport if you want something more filling than gas station snacks
-still has some fun menu items like Doritos tacos or cinnamon holes
-is in the same parking lot as an ATM
-service is relatively quick
-there do appear to be restrooms here at this one, in case those tacos don’t agree with ya
-if you’re part of the construction crew working next door, there’s a place to eat quick and convenient right there
-if you’re eating while traveling and need a spot to pull over, the parking lot is massive and almost always empty during the afternoon. You can have tons of space to get up and walk around or walk your dog usually undisturbed if you park closer to the middle of the lot
-right across the street from the hotel, for dinner/snack cravings if you cant drive

Con’s:
-the food isn’t as good as it used to be
-the prices are ridiculous ($4 for one taco that used to be $1.50, last I looked). You can go to a sit down Mexican restaurant for the price of one of their crunch wrap meals, and get a better dinner with more food and better flavor AND chips and salsa
-not somewhere to go on work break, as your order could take longer than 15min (on busy days)
-in a wide empty parking lot where many homeless congregate and some will shout at you (most won’t, but there are two who frequent the area who do)
-there’s construction going on nearby on that big building next door, and it’s been over a year, so it likely won’t stop any time soon
-they still never brought back the chocolate ice cream tacos
-the two machines you place orders on dont look like they’re cleaned very often and sometimes won’t work
