Long wait time for group of 8. Tight seating once seated with another group of 8. It was a busy Sunday so, we expected a wait time. Waitress did well serving two groups of 8 and splitting checks at both tables. My group could have been more patient. By the time we were seated, both groups of 8 were about the only people in the place…. we could have been given more room.

They swore it was a piece of onion, but it was parchment paper. I toured in half it toward just like paper, but they repeatedly got loud behind the counter, saying that it was a part of the onion instead of accepting the fact that it was not they made sure that everyone could hear the manager. came up to the waitress one more time to assure her that it was not a paper, but indeed it was will not be returning anytime soon. The service staff there is always good and friendly, but they need to do better. Changing the menu isn’t going to help.

My wife and I went here for lunch. I ordered fish and chips and my wife ordered the chopped steak with mushrooms. My fish and onion rings came so burned I couldn’t eat them and sent them back. The fish looked to me to be frozen pieces from GFS. My wife said her chopped steak was a little tough and overdone. My advise to diners is to be careful about what you order and stick to items made in-house.

This was my first time at a Bob Evans that I can remember, and it will NOT be the last. The food was delicious, but the service was phenomenal!
Carmen went above and beyond with making sure I was taken care of while I was there. She truly is the reason I am excited to go back, and I really hope she’s there when I do. If Carmen is taking care of you when you visit, consider yourself extremely lucky!!!
For food, I ate the Fresh Strawberry Pancakes and a couple of slices of Banana Nut Loaf. The pancakes were fluffy, the strawberries were fresh, the whipped cream was a little treat on top, and the banana nut bread was worth going for by itself!
I would definitely recommend you check this place out!

Chicken wasn’t as plump as the menu suggests, but the flavor was good.
The corn was rubbery. The mashed potatoes and gravy was good.

The portions are absolutely abysmal. Save your money and get a freezer meal from the grocery store. It’s probably the same thing. The server was very good though. The kids meal was good.

I have dined in this location more than 20 years. Since the casual dining lost popularity in late 2010s, this Bob Evans location is on slow downhill, which I feel sorry.
My pot roast tasted as good as before, but the lone server couldn’t serve the guests in the dining hall in timely manner no matter busy she works. I felt sorry for overloading her by dining in there.
I hope the situation would be better in lunch time.

I liked this branch. The staff were friendly (except the cashier). Atmosphere was great. The silverware were not that clean and shiny. The fill the coffee unlimited and I liked all the foods that we ordered (The original farmers’s choice and Southwest Avocado Omelet).
