I am sitting here with my family of FOUR. FOUR. They bring out 3 of the garlic bread and 2 plates with salad. 2 plates for 4 people? We waited over 15 minutes to clean off a table when we walked in to get a table cleaned off. When no one asked if we wanted a booth or table. There was plenty of seats open. Clearly. Took another 15 minutes after we sat down for someone to come serve us. It’s just awful. The lady when we walked in was rude (blonde) don’t care to much about this place. Will not be coming back to this one

The food is very good but the waiters charge you for some things or drinks that they don’t give you. Be careful, check your receipt before paying. My husband didn’t check it and they charged us for 3 extra drinks, 1 soup and a salad. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the receipt until I got home and it was too late.

Called ahead at 2pm today letting them know we would have a party of 14 coming in at 5:30 pm that being said. We arrived waited 2hr. The hostess were very snotty. Rude and lazy. They kept saying we are just waiting on one guy to get up. The district manager was able to make the situation half right! But I wouldn’t recommend trying to take your kids there for their birthdays. Thank Goodness for Galos being able to get us seated right away after this awful experience at Olive Garden. Thanks to them at the end of the day my 1 year old was able to have an amazing first birthday!

Well for starters, I ordered their new steak and shrimp. I got steak and chicken which isn’t even on the menu. To be fair it was good, but not what I ordered and I probably paid too much. The service was VERY slow and sporadic. Meals came at different times and waitstaff were confused as to which tables got what. It was, at best, ok. I will honestly spend my $70 for two to eat elsewhere next time.

10/10 service & we sat around the bar in the booths which is 21+ in that area of the restaurant, so we had the bartender as our server. When I say I cant say thank you enough to our server for being so patient & kind. When I go to Olive Garden, I like to always do the dipping sauce for breadsticks. The server was very kind about our sauce refills & seemed not bothered at all. I ordered the soups with my meal and the server was patient when I ordered 3 different soups cause I’ve never had the soups before. They also recommended different soups and described them. We were blessed with a great server that night. Food was HOT and FAST. Great experience overall (& that can be hard to find these days). Thank you!!

They are under staffed like everyone else around, but our waitress did a good job tending to our needs. But my order was wrong, and I was frustrated by it, but nothing was done to fix it. And we were charged 20.00 for a take home shrimp Alfredo meal. It is not one of my favorites like it used to be.

My parents took me and my son out for lunch on my birthday. The experience was not good. It took a while for us to get seated. The waitress took a long time to get to our table to even ask for drinks. Once we finally got our drink orders taken it was a long time before we actually got drinks. When it came time to order when my dad asked questions the waitress seemed annoyed. When I asked a question about the menu she seemed annoyed. When my mom asked a question she seemed super happy to help the white woman.
We never got breadsticks the entire time of our visit. We asked several times and always got an excuse. I watched new customers come in and get breadsticks at the table after they were seated but out waitress didn’t seem to care or try. I was talking to my dad about the issue with the bad service and I saw a manager. She had been asking other customers about their visit but she looked at me and gave me a dirty look and walked right by our table. Don’t count on a manager caring if you get bad service if you aren’t white.
My dad and I asked for refills of water and never got them. My mom always got refills of her diet coke. It took forever for our food to arrive. When my dish arrived all three items were different temperatures. The pasta was cool and already starting to dry out. The lasagna was lukewarm and didn’t taste good either. The chicken was extremely hot and the only item that tasted halfway ok. My son’s kid’s pizza was disgusting. Definitely a waste of money.
My mom made a to go order for my brother and that took a while to arrive as well. When my mom asked for breadsticks to go since we hadn’t gotten any while being in the restaurant we finally got some.
Definitely poor service, poor food quality, and terrible management that was in the store when we visited. I have no desire to go back. If I want to eat at an olive garden I’ll drive to Indianapolis.
