Was in town a few weeks ago and decided I hadn’t ate Fazoli’s in a decade or two so I’d grab some lunch on 19 January….. I opted for some half lasagna, half alfredo that also came w two breadsticks. It was delicious and filling. The drive thru service was quick and friendly. Highly likely I’ll have to lunch here again when I’m in town. Thanks for delicious quick Italian lunch that turned in to two meals.

11/15/25 at noon. It wasn’t very busy at the time and our service was fast and the food good. We ordered the chicken carbonara and the loaded fettuccine alfredo. The food was good and service was fast.

Second time here and Nancy had been our server. She is one of the sweetest. I was the goofball that saw garlic shrimp stuffed shells and automatically assumed it was Alfredo. Well it was not Alfredo and they were more than happy to remake it despite it being my mistake. They allowed me to keep the other dish as well.
I have awful GERD and stomach acidity issues. I try to stay away from tomato based things as much as possible.
This has become a past intern, who graduated from the transition program I am part of, favorite spot to eat. Each time we have came in we hope Nancy is there. Nancy has been there all 3x and she truly is one of the sweetest. We have enjoyed our food and best breadsticks in the area even over Olive Gardens.

I’ve always loved everything about Fazoli’s. I met Beck last summer when she was a regular associate, and when I saw she had been promoted to manager, I asked if she remembered me. Coming in today, right before Thanksgiving, she gave me the best service. The food, the atmosphere, and her kindness made the whole experience feel special.
The kitchen staff also deserves recognition for working hard and putting so much care into the food and presentation. My family and I truly felt the love in everything we received.
Beck, congratulations again on your promotion — there’s so much room for growth, and you’re clearly shining in your role. And Lisa, the general manager, thank you for maintaining such a welcoming Fazoli’s over the years. It still feels like home.

My Experience at the lacrosse Fazoli‘s was very pleasant. I saw three staff working there and they all seem to be busy. I mainly worked with Becca and another gentleman. They were thorough asked if we needed anything. They greeted us and atmosphere was very nice. Everything was clean and orderly. All the food tasted wonderful. We were offered extra breadsticks if we wanted them our group of friends hitting up into a Fazoli’s and quite some One in our town closed. As we were excited to try Restaurant out again everyone was really nice. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Becca did an excellent job with making sure all of our food was out in a timely manner and that our food orders were all accurate and that they tasted great. She was very sweet and kind and helped us in anyway that we needed. I would definitely go back to this restaurant as it was a very fun place to be.

We hadn’t been to Fazoli’s in ages and I wasn’t sure if it was as good as I remember…. It was even better! Four in our group. One had stuffed shells, one Chicken Fettuccine, one Broccoli Penne, and I had a senior combo of Fettuccine and one Stuffed Shell. All were perfectly cooked, the side salad was on point, and the bread sticks were plentiful as always. Five stars. Service was great, too. The person taking our order was quite helpful and made great suggestions. (Sorry. There were no pictures. We ate it all!)

10/10 for their breadsticks, it was wow!
Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo & Gluten Friendly Chicken Pesto Rotini is what we ordered and both the dishes were well done.
We will be coming back to try more of their dishes for sure.

Excellent food. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs combo with salad. Steve is an amazing employee. He made sure my order was perfect and stopped by my table to ask if I wanted more Breadsticks. Excellent Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert.
