There aren’t any people! You order at the kiosk and someone appears at the window a long time later and calls the wrong order number. No self-serve drinks (I like to mix iced tea with something sweeter). Even the old Automat had more personality and was a lot more fun.

Tonight is the second time I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s. I came through town last September during the Round Up. I had trouble finding someplace to eat because most places were closed, and those that were still open, were packed. Using Google, I found out that this location of McDonald’s was open and that it had a pretty high rating. So I stopped by to get something to go. The food and service were excellent! I returned tonight under similar circumstances in that most restaurants were closed and I needed to get back on the road quickly. So, I decided to visit again. This time, I ate inside. I was very impressed with the customer service, interior, cleanliness, and food. Both times, my food appeared cooked to order. It was served hot, and it was delicious! If you’re looking for an affordable and fast meal in Pendleton, you should definitely consider this location of McDonald’s. The owner, manager, and employees are doing an excellent job! Ray Kroc would be proud! I will be back.

I’ve never been in a McDonald’s & thought the food would come hot, fresh, & nicely stacked(not a hodgepodge of ingredients scrambled together). & Not to forget the extremely clean & pleasant environment, they even brought my food to me! I usually don’t order from McDonald’s. I ordered at drive through. Couldn’t verify my order. When I went to pay no one there. I went to next window. They snatched he’d my card rudely. Then It wasn’t even my order. I didn’t notice until I got home 15 miles away. I won’t go back.

Should probably replace the girl at the front counter with dark hair and braces, not very helpful, very serious, and very unwelcoming. Overall not very friendly. Had a punch freeze that was half full. When asked to fill or replaced if at all possible she gave attitude about it. Things could of gone better or said differently but I think drive thru will always be my go to from now on.

Katelyn was extremely rude when I went in kept stating they were short staffed and it was an inconvenience that I was even there trying to get my money back for an order they didn’t even make after 20 mins. When I received a called from Monique Kramer explain what had happen which I hadn’t got my money back. 2 hours later called to leave me a very rude vm calling me a liar. I’m not saying every customer is right but don’t call customers calling them names, with an attitude. Next time call ask question or just ask them to return your call. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location worse service ever and experience!

I can’t remember ever giving a bad post to a fast food restaurant, but Pendleton McDonald’s 100% earned one. I just walked in the restaurant and was never acknowledged or served as a customer for the ten (10) full minutes I was in the restaurant. Its obvious this store only cares about drive through customers. I was looked at numerous times by the 3 employees I saw serving drive through customers and there were two other employees cleaning and walking food out to customers in the parking lot, but ZERO service to walk-in customers. I gave up and left with two customers still standing waiting at the register. Epic customer service failure by Pendleton McDonalds! With lots of dining options in Pendleton, I won’t be back.

It’s McDonald’s, pretty sure we all know the story here. And if anything should surprise you during your visit, you probably need to get out more. Lol No customer access to fountain drink machine since recent remodel, however the dining remodel provides a fairly clean atmosphere.
