Service was great! Our waitress was super sweet! Food was okay, they do have a vast menu. The clear soup is really salty. The shrimp egg foung turned out good. The Kung poa chicken was kind of rubber like. The portions are huge!

Stood on line waiting to order. 2 snowbirds walk in 2 solid minutes after me and someone runs over to take their order first. Their priority lies solely in profit and anything but providing locals with genuine service.

The food was okay. I gave it 3 stars because my mom liked her food AND the veggie tempura was excellent! The thick sweet sauce that went with it was lovely. I wish I would have ordered two servings of that and skipped the actual meal. I ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi meal. It was just okay. The white sauce always tends to elevate the dish. However, the white sauce tasted like watered down ketchup and mayo that would be better suited for fries than your hibachi dish. The fried rice didn’t have much flavor. I’m assuming the salad dressing was SUPPOSED to be the normal ginger dressing that’s common for Japanese restaurants (which I absolutely love) but this only tasted of blended onions. The flavors that are normally in the dressing weren’t there. I didn’t taste any ginger at all because the onions were too overpowering. I had to toss that. Overall, the meal wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t return.

Stood at the front door for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. Lots of staff, very few clientele tonight. Another 10 minutes or so before our surly indifferent waitress took our order. Appetizer was slammed down in front of us as she rushed by. Dirty dishes piled up on our table as we drank our cocktails. Took an hour to get our entree. Food was just okay. See no reason to return.

Well we normally love the place. However the last to times we have got up and walked out. Last time we waited about 15 mins we had not had a server show up to the table yet. We noticed little sugar ants all over the table. So we opted to leave seeing as we had not been even greeted yet. Now today, Valentine’s Day, we sat and waited again over 20 mins no drinks ordered not even a hello I’ll be with you from a server. So we got up and left again. Both visits in was not busy at all. Several tables vacant. Customer service has gone downhill!

I got the Kung Pao Shrimp. It was good.
Interesting that i was charged for hot mustard! That’s crazy. It wasn’t extra it should come with the duck sauce for crunchy noodles!
6/10 poke bowl to-go. It was good, decent size, maybe a bit less fish than when I’ve had it in the restaurant and a lot of ginger, would have rather had more seaweed salad. I would get it, to-go again but not with ginger, poke sauce=good (note to self)

A great spot to eat. Been coming here for several years with the parents when visiting them. The servers are nice and polite. The food is good and consistent quality. They just expanded & now have a separate bar room. I agree, one of the best places to eat in Sebring.

i have LOVED cang tong and live in sebring my entire life and never had a worse experience. first of all. i waited an hour for my food.
then i drove home. and i was MISSING 1 of my 2 meals.
50% OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING!!!!
i went back and got my meal i was missing.
it was 2 hours since i originally placed my order. and i was JUST get home.
i’m so disappointed and will NO be going back!

Today I ordered for the first time since I’ve moved here, I was in the mood for Sashimi and soup. I ordered the sashimi special with the salad and a Large Hot and Sour Soup. To start the Sashimi did not meet my expectations the slices were cut too thick and there was a bit of texture on the salmon, my salad had the dressing inside a container placed inside and under the salad container covered in lettuce and tomatoes. The soup was good, as I had never tried Hot and Sour.

It’s good.. it’s expected. Best dish tonight was the spicy Edamame… our Chinese dishes were exactly the same as any American Chinese food takeout nothing spectacularor special at all but it is good and satisfyingin a better than take put atmosphere!
The sushi was good… comparable to publix unless you choose a super unique one. We got the shrimp tempura roll, I also recommend the spider roll and the volcano roll which is my favorite of all time.
