When I ordered doordash from here, it said the were cooking my food for 45 minutes. When I called them, they said they didn’t receive my order then admitted that they did afterwards and said they couldn’t make my food because they had transitioned to the breakfast menu in the time that they took not making my food. I’m not able to get a refund from doordash because a driver had accepted it. I am very unhappy.

Came threw the drive threw after 1 am and was greated at the speaker by a very pleasant gentleman and the we got to the window and he greeted me and told me it would be just a few minutes as he was making fresh fries i asked his name and he said it was Rashad not sure about the spelling but if everyone was like him ill be sure to visit more often thank you Rashad made my night

There was only 2 people working tonight and one was the manager. They were trying hard to keep up with the orders and get them out as fast as they could. We may of had to wait for a bit but nobody was complaining about it because we saw how hard they both were working. I actually wanted to put on a uniform and go back there and help!!!

This place just lost 2 customers. A couple of kids walked in and got service very quickly and ordered. I waited for a good bit and when another guy came in behind me and when he got tired of waiting he got in his car and left. I decided to leave as well. The drive thru is active and no one other that the kids ahead of me were in the restaurant. Place not busy and had several workers milling around. Really poor service. Going to check out WENDY’S. Hope service is better.

Horrible. Bad service, bad food, dirty store. Trash was overflowing in all cans, counter, tables, drink area all nasty. Bathroom out of tissue. Had to wipe the seat with a towel from the counter because there was old half dried ketchup on it. Told I had to pay for dipping sauce because “I didn’t buy nuggets”. Just ridiculous all the way around. Burnt, twice cooked onion rings. No standard in this store AT ALL. No point in calling their 800 number either. Seems like they just don’t care in Lynchburg about anything!!!

For starters I waited in line for over 15 min. I ordered a frozen blue berry raz with a double cheese burger meal. The lady at the window passed me my frozen drink. Tell me why it was missing the nerds, so I asked her what happened to the nerds that comes in it, she looked at me and said oh you wanted nerds. No boo although that’s what I paid for. I paid for my drink to have the nerds in it. If I wanted a plain freeze then I would’ve went to McDonald’s. Yall have to do much better.
