Tonight I had dinner here with four other family members (a party of 5.) We were seated directly under a speaker. While waiting on our food to arrive we were barely able to hear eachother talk. Our server was great, got all our orders right, and was very nice. Once our meals came the music was turned up and we could not hear eachother across the table let alone the person sitting next to one another. I got up and found a passing server who flatout refused to even ask management if the music could be turned down. I approached the host stand with the same question and was rudely told flatout no, again with refusual to even ask management or kitchen staff if the music could be turned down. I, as well as several others at my table, got boxes and took our barely touched meals home instead of eating them at the restaurant. Our appetites were lost. I wish all the other employees were as nice as our server. She had gotten busy after our meals arrived, but got us boxes the moment we asked. Overall, the music was definitely way too loud, maybe it was just where we were sitting, but the disregard to our problem by all staff was a huge letdown.

Best food around here! The servers have always been friendly & nice every time we go there. The atmosphere is great! Very lively. The food is incredible! We got a Blooming Onion appetizer, which is my friend’s absolute favorite appetizer. I absolutely LOVE their bread rolls! I can’t get enough of them! The butter they serve with them is really good too, so soft it melts in your mouth. I usually get a burger with fries & my friend got a nice steak with potatoes. The food is just SO good! Kiss the chiefs, they know what they’re doing! My burger was perfectly well-done, just the way I like it & the fries were bangin’! My friends’ steak was done perfectly as well, he loved it! Said it was the best steak he’s had in a long time. Drinks were really refreshing & never had to wait long for a server, they always checked up on us to give us refills. My only complaint would have to be the wait times. It gets super crowded there, especially around dinner time. If you’re starving, I don’t recommend going here because you’ll be waiting a while before getting seated. A few times now, we’ve left to sit out in the car because it would be a 20-30 min wait. But other than the wait time, this place is amazing. Overall, a great experience.
