As always food was just as expected but it could have been a lil warmer.
There were quite a few tables and booths needing bussed, but when the guy came out he did them all efficiently.
Restrooms were clean and service friendly. I was a lil surprised that they had only 1 drink size. Wanting a small softdrink, I was told there was only 1 size. I questioned one of the small cups on one of the tables that had not been cleared yet. I was told you can only get a small drink with a child’s meal? That size is not available to adults?
Thats Crazy, So if you want a small beverage get the child’s meal.

I love Skyline. Although it’s our closest Skyline, we drive further to get the meal we paid for. I, traditionally, get a 3way, but have ended up throwing half (or more) away due to lack of chili for the spaghetti after several visits through the drive thru. I don’t enjoy dry spaghetti when I want my Skyline fix. With the cost of a 3way, there should be no shortage of chili to match the provided spaghetti.

Our server was super nice and was very patient and responsive. The food was very good, the best chili i’ve ever had. And it was all for pretty cheap- cheaper than most places in Covington. Much recommended.

I would rate it lower if I could. Went through the drive through where the service was horrible. The 2 girls working seemed more into their conversation than doing their job. I got 2 plain coneys but they were covered in onions, hot dogs were burned, and the minimal amount of cheese was completely melted. This is the worse location within 5 miles. Picture was taken within 3 minutes of picking up the food.

I really did not want to like this, I mean, I tried my hardest. I’ve gone the longest time without eating it just to prove the point of how much I did not want it. But I was in Cincinnati not long ago, and I thought OK I have to face my fears and try this chili. I’m not gonna say it’s the best chili because I’m gonna stand true to my roots and say that good old chili with beans and no cinnamon is good. But I was pleasantly surprised at how good the chili really was. It will be worth trying again, and it definitely satisfied what I was looking for.

This place is at its core a fast food place, with a twist. It serves a simple menu of specialty hot dogs and other food items like salads, burritos, fries etc. It’s essentially diner food. But it’s also a fast food place in the sense that they do have a drive thru. I’d never heard of this place before a family member mentioned it on our visit to Kentucky. Apparently this is popular here. I will say it had a very nice feel to it. Dining in was very comfortable and the service was great. Anthony in particular was very kind and attentive even though I could tell they were a bit short staffed. Thankfully everyone that I saw was respectful. In any case the Hot Dogs “Coneys” are pretty good. I won’t lie and say they’re amazing but they’re small in portion but filling enough and cheap enough to buy 2 or 3 for 1 person. The fries were good and the Chilito was pretty good too. All around this place is worth visiting. Even with family.

Had to come and try the chili spaghetti, it was really good. Lots of kids options, and great menu. The staff were so friendly and we loved it.

I decided to stop here for lunch while studying and ordered a bowl of black beans and rice (their vegan chili) with a side of tomatoes. It was very cool and clean inside and had more seating than is usual for a Skyline, which is a plus because these places get busy! My waitress was friendly but extremely busy. That didn’t stop her from checking on me and the nearby tables a few times!

The food came out quickly, and to my surprise my bowl came on a platter with a side of tomatoes, onions, and sour cream. I didn’t touch the sour cream but since they were there, I did put extra onions in the chili along with the tomatoes and discovered I liked it a lot, so that was a plus! I hadn’t expected a whole platter like this. The food was hot and delicious. The price was good ($5), and I remained unbothered while I had my study materials out.

This was my first visit to this location and I was impressed. I’ll likely revisit if/when I’m in the area again.

Was in town from Colorado and stopped by to bring back memories from college and also 15 years ago when I loved in Dayton. Got bean, chili, onion, sour cream, cheese bowl. The chili seemed bland to what I remember and a highlight of Skyline was always the mound of cheese. This has very little cheese. As always, plenty of crackers. Was disappointed or my memory is bad and my expectations were too high.

Nothing like a chili bowl and a real person to take your order and bring you a drink.
