It was over 15$ for a medium combo. The medium fries were half full at best. The sandwich was cold and dry.
The cashier was friendly and bubbly. I believe her name was Joycelyn.
Store was clean. Plenty of seating.
Overall I think 2.5 stars.

I ordered fried zucchini and a western bacon cheeseburger. Food was fresh, western was good but only put 6 pieces of zucchini in the box. Only half full, for $4.69 for fried zucchini, I would expect the order to be full. Lobby was messy and stood in line for several minutes before even being acknowledged to have my order taken.

This is by far the worst Carl’s jr I have ever been to. I worked at a few back when I was younger. They were out of large meat and chicken stars. I understand that happens. I’ve been there. Like I said I worked at multiple locations. But the woman taking our order didn’t even put it in correctly. We asked for a 5 piece chicken tenders we got the kids meal with 2 pieces. And asked for guacamole on a sandwich and didn’t get any she didn’t even charge us. Then they brought our order in a bag even though we were eating in. Plus the fries were extremely salty we didn’t even want them. And way too much sauce on our sandwiches. By far the worst experience I ever had. Makes me sad for the name Carl’s jr. Please do better.

This was the best Carl Jr I have been to in a long time. I didn’t catch her name but there was only one girl working the front right about this time 8: 00pm. She did the damn thing she handled all the orders, got them all right. Not only does she take the orders and bag them, she says thank you and have a good day as well. That’s what I’m talking about 100% Customer service!!!

General manager took our order and saved us money! I ordered a big hamburger with just lettuce & mayonnaise. Husband ordered chicken tenders combo, but he bumped it up to #15 which came with a cookie AND saved us $$$$! Very pleasant man!
Both of our meals were hot and delicious. Husband shared his fries, but I told him he could have the chocolate chip cookie for himself. Next time we pass through Williams with an appetite, we’re stopping HERE!

they have been closed everyday for the past 3 WEEKS, one of the workers walked to the door as we were walking to the door, and LOCKED IT IN FRONT OF US. it was only 11:26pm, no where near closing time. one week, we went there EVERYDAY BEFORE 11:30PM and they were CLOSED. the one time we ACTUALLY got served, they only had CHICKEN.

This is a scaled-down Carl’s Jr, I think. The restaurant itself is very small. Three bathroom is minimal. There’s no mirror in the ladies’. The employees were pleasant, but there was only one cook and it was moving slooooow. I’m not sure if they don’t usually get busy at lunchtime or if people were on break or what. The food, however, was classic Carl’s food and delicious
