The food here is generally good & served hot & fresh but the best thing about this DQ location is their fast & efficient service especially as it pertains to moving customers very quickly through the drive-thru window. I’m currently obsessed w/ their eggnog milkshake but all of their sweet treats are delicious!

I love coming here for the ice cream and food. I always get plain vanilla ice cream with sprinkles whether it’s a cone, sundae, or blizzard and it’s always perfect. Well sometimes it feels like the blizzard would fall out if it got held upside down but it still taste good. I love the fries and chicken tenders but I wished they could toss the chicken in buffalo sauce. The drive through lines seems like they’re always long but I guess it’s worth the wait. Workers are friendly and food always comes out quick for me.

The Willoughby Dairy Queen is a great place to go. They are busy all day for a reason…..Their staff is very friendly and they have such a great system set up that everyone works together so well in order to get the lines moving fast whether it be inside or drive-thru.
The ice cream is always good. Now that I know they serve hamburgers, I am definitely coming back to try one.

By far the best Dairy Queen in Lake County. Super friendly staff order is always correct. The hamburgers are always fresh. And it’s nice to see the same face has been working there for years inside lobby is very clean.

We went to this location for the first time. It was a warm day and they were extremely busy in drive through, as well as inside. We went in, there were a lot of people working, especially a lot of younger associates. It was clean inside. I was beyond impressed because they were moving everyone along very fast with low wait times and accurate orders. I told them that we have a tree nut allergy (DQ locations clean the equipment prior to making that particular ice cream treat). I felt bad that they had to do all of that extra work given how busy they were. I did not hear a single complaint from the associates fulfilling the ice cream orders. While we waited, the young man bagging ice cream orders continued to bag for others. Once our order was ready, he stopped to wash his hands before handling our portion of the order for the tree nut allergy. I was so appreciative and was more than impressed with seeing that. I will continue to drive a little further to go to this location. Thank you for the experience!
