Let me tell you about a manager named Mike C…. there’s a certain level of decency, kindness, and personability that can only be a true reflection of the love of God. We had a mix up in an order on Superbowl Sunday, and he not only fixed the issue, but upon our return, he went so far above and beyond anything that he had to do, and showed such kindness and regard for our satisfaction, that I have to say what an amazing gentleman he is. This is our local Zaxby’s, and I have to say, one of our favorite spots in an area with almost infinite possibilities. Thank you, Mike! Many blessings to you, and your staff!

Listen, I walked into Zaxby’s expecting some decent chicken and maybe a side of regret — but what I got was a spiritual experience. That chicken was so fresh and crispy I swear I heard it crunch in surround sound. It was like biting into a perfectly seasoned cloud that went to culinary school.
The fries? Golden perfection. The Texas toast? So buttery it could’ve moisturized my soul.
And let’s talk about the staff — absolute legends. These people didn’t just hand me food, they handed me hope. One of them smiled so sincerely I almost applied for a job just to hang out with them more.
By the time I left, I was convinced Zaxby’s should cater weddings, baptisms, and maybe my next emotional breakdown. 10/10, would sacrifice my diet again without hesitation.

To not be accepting cash at the drive thru is ridiculous, the explanation I got was that it was unsafe for teenagers to be outside with cash,(they do accept cash for dine in) well that’s simple take my money at the window but no can’t do that either, needless to say I will not be going back again. If you can’t take a legal form of US Currency that every other fast food chain manages to accept thru the drive thru then you should reevaluate the way you do business. Take a lesson from chick-fil-a they manage to accept cash for their outside employees who aren’t even in a booth they do it walking around with a smile on their face, I think I’ll be giving them my business from here on out.

Stopped at this Zaxbys to grab a quick bite to eat. It was really clean inside and the service was very quick. Tyler took my order and was very nice and friendly. He made sure he had everything correct before I paid which is something everybody should do! Food was hot and fresh!! Everything was great!

I have been to this location a few times and have gotten nothing less than excellent service. The person at the register has always welcomed me with a smile and courteous greeting and answered any questions I had. My order has always been correct and when I asked for my sauce to be on the side it came with my meal in a separate cup with a lid. The drink machine is always in order and the drink area is well maintained. The dine in area is clean and presentable with a comfortable atmosphere and nice lighting. One of my favorite menu items is the three piece tenders meal with fries, toast, and a drink. The price is affordable, the food is hot, and there’s just enough food in the meal to fill you up. Of course if you crave more they offer boneless wings, bone in wings, and several sauces in various degrees of heat. They offer different sides as well so you don’t have to always have fries. Their salads are REALLY good and they have their own brand of sauce available. May seem like just another chicken restaurant, but they definitely stand out!

I visited here because a friend requested some food from here and bragged about the friendliness of the staff and the taste of the food. One of the managers waited on me and was very friendly and attentive to me. I questioned him about some menu items and told him I don’t normally visit Zaxbys restaurants. He welcomed me and gave me some discount cards and invited me to return ASAP. My food was prepared and delivered to my table very quickly. It was packaged well and was hot. The fries were delicious but I was reminded of why I don’t frequent these franchises. I just don’t care much for the taste of their chicken. There are many other restaurants who serve chicken which I like more.
