Placed an order for delivery on 8/29/23 at 8:16 pm. Delivery driver was on time and very polite and that is the only positive thing I can say. Website states salads are Fresh Cut in bold print and Customize Your Order. My Fresh Cut Customized salad was in a completely sealed prepackaged container. Explain to me how any of that salad was fresh cut or customized? The lady did offer to refund the price of the salad or they will deliver another one. Why?? Why would I order another salad knowing you are going to open up a prepackaged salad and dig out what I don’t want. Your website has false advertising and I don’t recommend anyone eating the food here.

I’m from NYC & be certain it is NOT NY pizza by a long shot, but it is good. Had half veg/cheese. The crust was good & well baked. Still miss real pizza but this is a suitable alternative.

Constantly having bad service and bad quality of pizza. Last visit will be my last. Ordered pizza cheese sticks and a salad right when store opened. Ordered by online for pick up. Waited in pick up window for 25 minutes after driving 15 minutes to pick up order. No one came to window to explain why it was taking as long as it was and I even tipped them.

I had an awful experience with this Marcos tonight.
I ordered my food at 7:01 PM and only just received it at 8:41 PM. I was hoping for at least a friendly interaction and maybe an apology for my food being so late, but nothing from the delivery lady. I asked if the sauces were in the box, and she told me, “they should be.” She turned and literally ran at this point.
Considering I only live four minutes away from the store: the food was cold and yet, it still was not cooked all the way through. Not only was it late, cold and not completely cooked (or cut), they didn’t even include the sauces that came with the food I ordered, OR the sauces that I paid for. I called the store hoping that maybe they’d be able to at least bring the sauces that I had ordered, but was told by the manager on duty that it would be another 45 minutes to get the sauces to me. I am going to speak to the general manager tomorrow only to let them know how awful the service was and how inedible the food was when it came. The store was great when it first opened, but it is horrible now. I will not be returning.

Update: Although my first experience with a large order left a little to be desired, I tried again yesterday. I ordered 10 XL pizzas online, and this time, everything was great. The pizza was ready when I arrived just as it was the first time, but this time, it was still fresh and warm. I’ve upgraded the review from a 3 to a 5.

Lexie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to explain all of the menu options available, and definitely had me hungry for some Marco’s by the end of it! Absolutely brilliant attention to detail, wanted to ensure I had the best experience possible, and truly embodies what it means to be an excellent sales associate and overall kind-hearted human being! I don’t live in Jackson, but I assure you I will be back anytime I pass through thanks to Lexie (and, of course, the delicious meal she recommended!).

We have had 2 pizzas so far and I want to say that the food is great but what has really impressed me and my husband about Marco’s are the employees. Every one of them are so polite, well trained, could answer all our questions, they are employees that we had long ago. Thank you to the owners and managers we will be back many more times.
