Management was so unprofessional it was their fault about the order been wrong they was talking about me and put the phone down it was a male manger and he walked away and start a big fuss it was either make the customer satisfied I thought fix it or refund me right? The scratch made biscuits are absolutely horrible. I used to love McDonald’s breakfast. Now I think they are the worst. The employees often forget about the front and dont bother coming from the back so you have to stand there for 10 mins before someone even acknowledges you. I won’t be coming back.

My experience at this McDonald’s was very disappointing. I ordered table service, but instead of bringing the food to my table, they kept calling my number for pickup, which defeats the purpose. Despite having many workers in the kitchen, the service was extremely slow and poorly organized. There were also a lot of homeless people inside, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Definitely needs improvement.

My Husband just wanted 3 apple pies and he had to accept the fact that he only got two. That’s a whole apple pie worth of apple pie missing . That’s like buying sneakers and only one shoe has laces or a salad with only one crouton. We are very unhappy and need time to recover from this disappointing outcome. :’ ( ps. First time at this location, and despite some issues I had, they are worth a visit.
First, I have to address that most of the restaurants in the chain have one feature that most don’t have. They mostly have the “Step and Pull” on the doors that require you to use the handle to open the door. This location is one of the few that are lacking that force you to use the handle with your hands or use paper creating waste.
The dryer for your hands is the slim type that does work but is limited in force.
Now the important thing is the food. The food is hot and fresh and well worth it. The associates didn’t have me. Just wait and ignore me when I approached the counter. Customers were helped in a timely manner, and during my entire visit, not one customer came in questioning about a wrong order.
We all have choices when it comes to a quick lunch and you will be making a good one In choosing this location.

The ketchup on my ketchup- only cheeseburger had an abnormal yellowish color to it and taste a bit mustardy. This one is usually the better McDonald’s in the Smithfield Clayton area, but has been slack in the last 6 months or so. They’ll be unresponsive for minutes at the drive-through menu, then rush you to order, then get the order wrong.

336 pm. Been in the dang drive thru since 305pm. Setup where you can’t leave if there’s a line, but why does it take 31 minutes just to order. This place is hot garbage! Just got my food. All I ordered was a coke, and a Mc rib. 359 PM. Sad thing, it was cold.

Probably one of the worst McDonald experiences I’ve had in a while. Although the burgers were packed properly, the bun was hard as rock, asked for a replacement and they didn’t know what I was trying to say, got another one and same thing, ended up having to take the bottom bun off my burger to be able to eat it. Fries were also over cooked but not hot.
Flys everywhere in the restaurant. And bathrooms were not clean.
There is a playground and I feel those are dying across fast food restaurants so I gave back a star simply for that, but food would have gotten 0 stars if I could.
