I lived ved in the area for last 50 years and I have never ate a Red Lobster. Had a meeting and this was the chosen location. To start off the atmosphere was just mediocre. This took place during their lobsterfest and they only had one lobster in their live lobster tank. I wasn’t going to order a lobster but still think they should at least show more in the tank. Looked like a 200 gallon tank with one tiny lobster in it. I ordered the fried shrimp and grilled shrimp plate. The grill shrimp was cold and mushy. It had grill marks on it1 but tasted like they put frozen shrimp on a skewer and attempted to thaw out on a grill several hours ago. The fried shrimp was good but it too had a cold center. The cheese biscuits which I have heard so much about , I was disappointed once again because they to had a very cold center like it was frozen and not fully cooked. The service was great but I was not not impressed at all with the food. I feel like I could have went to Captain Ds and got the same thing but bigger portions served hot in the Drive thru and at half the cost. Once again not impressed and turns out I have not been missing anything and most likely will not be back. 4 others at our meeting around me also had similar complaints. Not impressed one bit.

We had such a great experience here! The service was wonderful from start to finish, and our server, Britney, was especially kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us just the right amount — we felt very taken care of. The lobster boils were absolutely awesome! Overall, such a great atmosphere and experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My girlfriends and I met at Red Lobster for a late lunch to celebrate Christmas. Yana was a great server. She was quick to get our drink and food orders in. The food was delicious as always, and the bartender was making beautiful Christmas cocktails.

Came here for a family night out. We knew it being a Friday night it was going to busy. Took a bit to be seated but expected it. Once we were sat service took forever and honestly once we were seated it was not crazy busy. We saw groups larger than ours come and go. It took 15 mins from the time our bill was dropped off for our waitress to come back and pick up the card so we could pay and that was just for thr bill so you could only imagine how long everything else took.
We got no refills and barley saw our waitress at our table. Very disappointed.
Food was okay, lobster was over cooked and the price was not worth the quality of the food.
Glad I gave it a try but won’t be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a cozy, welcoming feel.
The service was outstanding—our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. From the warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits to the main courses, everything was top-notch.
To top it all off, our waiter surprised us with a free dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. This level of service truly made our visit special.
I highly recommend Red Lobster to anyone looking for great seafood, excellent service, and a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a graduation from Berry College party at the Red Lobster in rome. The staff there was fantastic and helping us set up the room for the graduate. Very attentive with her service very friendly couldn’t ask for better staffing. Was an enjoyable event and the Red Lobster crew help made it so.

Had not been to Red Lobster in some time, but was feeling nostalgic this particular day. I was reminiscing about my Dad, long gone now and how he would take us out when I was a kid for my Mother’s birthday also long gone now. She absolutely LOVED Red Lobster! Even when we went to the beach with all the seafood places down there she would still want to go to Red Lobster! In Rome, Ga which is where I was the other day for YEARS Red Lobster was THE place to go, even went there for prom back in the 80’s. So the other day not knowing what to expect with all the closure rumors swirling I went in by myself to commune with my parents so to speak. There weren’t many people there( started picking up as I was leaving though) but I noticed a lot of new dishes and offerings on the menu. “Franny” took care of me and was on top of things from the start. I don’t mean to be picky but as a former restaurant manager I’m quick to notice the little things but not actually complain about it. I ordered the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and they were VERY good. I was already impressed before the main dish came out! I’m a creature of habit but saw something I think was new which was The Salmon New Orleans. This was incredible, perfectly cooked and so beautifully presented…REALLY! Franny came by regularly as I was asking her questions about business and the rebooted Red Lobster. She was knowledgeable and upbeat. She seemed to be genuinely enthused about Red Lobsters future. Sorry this is so long but between the reason I even went in and the actual meal itself I was already thinking of when I could get back by there…. Which will probably be sometime next week. Keep up the good work good luck for the future, and see you next week!

I had steak and lobster with cole slaw. The lobster was over cooked, it was like rubber. I ordered my steak well done, it was raw. The cole slaw was like soup. The only thing edible was the biscuits. I normally love Red lobster but that meal was terrible.
