I ordered for delivery straight through the Bdub website. Received an email saying my order would be delivered and had the tab for me to check my delivery. I noticed over an hour went by I called 3 time to finally get to an unprofessional manager, that told me the order was not in the system on his end for a delivery. It was in the system for a pick up which didn’t make any sense because I had a delivery and also my email show delivery he then said they don’t have any drivers and normally I would have to order through DoorDash or another platform to get delivery. I requested my money back immediately, he said because it’s Saturday, I would have to wait for tomorrow, which will be Sunday the 24th of January for my order to be fully canceled out, another thing that made no sense at all. I recorded the whole conversation as well So there won’t be a problem with me getting my $22.98 back. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience, waiting over an hour for food that they claimed was only for pick up and not delivery. Never again I won’t refer no one here No one had a clue of what was going on or how things worked! Such a horrible experience!!!

I have had good experiences here and recently worse. Food is always decent and drinks. Service has gotten worse and worse. Messed my order up and ordered another to go and didn’t bother to check since I was very specific and thought we were on the same page. Got home and when I went to eat it, it was the same mess up on a simple burger order. Going downhill quickly and will not be returning business. Greeter/seater was phenomenal though.

We frequent this location a lot! Lately the food comes out cold and service is terrible. I had to grab a manager to tell them about our food because our server did not stop to ask if we needed anything or if the food came out ok. Our waitress Reyna walked past our table a total of 11 times not checking on us at all. Even after I talked to the manager about our mishap with our food. We’ve had great experiences up to this point with other waitresses but we will definitely be taking a break from BWW in the coming weeks to hope things improve again.

Went in to sit down my partner and I. The manager told us it was going to be a little wait to be seated because we did not want to sit at the bar. A large party came in about 10-12 people, they waited a small wait and got seated before us. Seemed pretty prejudiced. Mind you when we arrived there was plenty of room for us to be seated, they even made time to put together tables for the larger group. I will not come here again oh and my waiter was a snob, he was resentful toward us but when another party came in after us he was joyous with them. Two thumbs down! Cold food

Thursdays are BOGO wings. That’s when we come. We don’t watch sports, but they have over 32 tvs! You can order from your table /phone, but I love the waitresses too! We get parmesan garlic wings every time and have some to take home for lunch the next day too. Love this location and the employees!

I LOVE B-Dubs! But I was SO sad when I finally got home to enjoy it with my family….there literally was NO sauce mixed with the wings. Like non! You can’t even taste any sauce on it! I was so bummed! I know I did not just spend over $120 something bucks for my wings to not even be coated with sauce! I mean, that’s what you’re known for! And if there was, ya’ll are greedy and need to fix ASAP! I didn’t even get my celery sticks or baby carrots! Which it states, that’s comes with party orders. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Buffalo wild wings. Nice restaurant. Drinks were tasty food was hot and fresh. What was really impressive was the bartender. She remembered all of her customers. She knew what they wanted to eat and drink. The restaurant was clean.

Food ok, deals are great, my issue is them nasty tail fries!!!!!!! Please, please, please, give us a nice alternative because I feel like I’m wasting so much when I get a wing deal that comes with fries. I don’t like the tots either. I don’t know if it’s the grease or the fact that I don’t eat at the restaurant and they go bad after getting slightly cold, not sure.
