I’m not much of a critic, how can you be on ore-cooked food, but wow, this was the worst food I’ve had in my entire life. It’s literally precooked and it’s disgustinggg. After waiting in line already for about 15 minutes, when I ordered and revived my food it was hard hallow. Garbage I WOULDNT give to a happily dying dog. Upon requesting and receiving the order remade, I was met with even more garbage, cold, passed on food. After going back for a 3rd time I demanded a refund but the manager also chose to remake the food personally… and it was still bad. This place just makes bad food and the employees are basically kids who don’t listen any don’t know how to do anything. Save your time and money. I wouldn’t hire a staff like this. Poor Wendy’s.

Wendy’s, this hardly classifies as a Strawberry Lemonade. A squirt of Strawberry puree on the bottom topped with a gallon of Lemonade on top ain’t gonna cut it. You’ve got to do better. You didn’t even try to mix. This doesn’t justify the price you’re charging

The manager is short staffed 5 people they are moving the line I came to pick up two orders. I went to the side delivery window the store lobby light are off the store is wrapped. The manager came to the window and said it’s drive thru only I had 5 people call out. I asked could you make the Oder for the person who has paid and I’m here to pick up and have these new pull ups wait? He said I see what you saying I don’t have anybody to give you the order. He just trying to make it I been there but orders should always be made when you receive them or if you wait till the person comes to give hot food ok I get it. Still this is a 2 only because the manager was respectful and frankly truthful. Seemed to be trying to do his job. The time is 9:15 the date is 11/01/25 happy eating. Again they are moving the line at about 5-7 min a guest was 4 cars in front of me and 4 in front of the order taker 3 behind me

Yesterday around 430pm my daughter ate a meal (drive thru). She spent the entire rest of the night throwing up, stomach cramps, weakness. Food Poisoning. I have attempted to call the store today 3 times, (no answer) to inform them that something they are serving could be rancid/toxic to their customers. Tomorrow (Monday) I will call the Health Department. My daughter is still recovering.

I am deeply disappointed and hurt by my recent experience at the Wendy’s on Old National. What should have been a quick, simple visit turned into one of the most distressing and humiliating situations I’ve ever encountered.

Not only was the staff unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service, but I was also met with blatant hostility from management. Instead of addressing my concerns in a respectful manner, they threatened me, told me I would wait over an hour, and escalated the situation by calling the police—an act that felt entirely unnecessary and seemed intended to inflict emotional harm. I felt targeted, vulnerable, and humiliated in front of others, all over what should have been a straightforward matter.

What’s more disturbing is that the management chose to record me and take photos of my car and license plate. This invasion of privacy left me feeling violated and intimidated. I never expected to be treated this way by a place I frequented for a simple meal. I understand businesses have policies, but the lack of professionalism, respect, and humanity in this case is unacceptable.

I hope Wendy’s corporate takes note of the toxic environment at this location. No one should have to leave feeling threatened, hurt, and emotionally scarred.

Thanks to “Q” the shift manager, “Lisa” the general manager, and the other lady with the dreads, I will NEVER return to this location. I doubt those are the names and titles, but that’s what they gave me this incident was today 11/03/2024 at 7:11pm.

As a Door Dasher I tried to pick up a order a couple days ago I was greeted with a lady at front counter who rolled her eyes and walked away from the door to play with the cook at the time then she decided to come back ask the name then go back and play …I get the sealed bag finally ..line wrapped around the entire building as usual ..I get to the customer NO burgers in the sealed bag to go with the combos he and asked me to go back to the store ..she had the bag of cold burgers waiting smh She said they know already have a free fry. Ridiculous!!!

I stopped in to get a maple chicken croissant meal, the coffee, and potatoes tasted like they were cooked for yesterday morning, the coffee was burnt and old, so I felt like the Cinnabon bites would save my breakfast, nope, that didn’t happen, they were old and stale, is this a nursing home or a Wendy’s??? I will never return, we work too hard for the money make these days, we should be able to get a decent breakfast. Don’t go, at least for breakfast.

I ordered the Cobb salad. I received microwaved chicken, a tomato slice and a literal pinch of shredded cheese. If you worked the 11/25/2025 PM shift, get it together. I work in this industry and would never send a customer the bs I received today.

THIS LADY ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE AND GIVE PPL INCORRECT ORDERS…HE BLEW HIS NOSE ON THE LINE AND STILL GOT MAD BECAUSE WE SEEN HIM DO IT…HE STATED IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT COME IN THEY WOULDN’T SHUT HIM DOWN BECAUSE HE BLEW HIS NOSE…HE DOESN’T NEED TO BE WORKING IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY.
