At 3:15 ish am on 10/14, I put an on line order in. I got there as soon as the app said and my stuff was ready. I’m not joking, whoever was working that shift smashed it out of the park. I got a Jr. Chicken Sandwich and easily customized it with the app. That thing was so crispy and crunchy and fresh veg. I also got (2) for 99¢ tacos. Even those were fresh and as good as could be. The way the window guy handled the transaction, I knew immediately I didn’t need to check the bag for forks and sauce etc. He gave me that- it’s all there- nod. If I knew what days that crew worked, I’d be there more frequently. Hell! I spent $6 thru the app. It’s less than 1/2 mile from me and many others. I’d be excited to see how they do with some of the staple items I’ve given up on (mainly due to inconsistentsy at various times and stores). I guess it’s all about the location and team that works there. This crew put some love into that little meal. Bravo and flowers be given .

I am so very disappointed with my visit. I thought I was ordering an item that was displayed on the window for $5 but got charged a little extra for it and when I asked why, both employees said that the price went up. ‘ why do you still have it posted outside’ I asked. The guy couldn’t fully explain because he had to keep leaving me to drop food (very under staffed) he didn’t ask me what type of drink I wanted, he just gave me what ever. He forgot the fries that went with the ‘prices just changed’ meal. The dining room was a mess so I didn’t want to sit and eat so I told him it was take out. Then I had to ask for a drink carrier, and he just tossed it on the counter. Upper management needs to train their employees better. Their customer service sucks a bit. Just

Great customer service, I ordered the #6 combo medium. When I got the food I was missing my burger, I returned and showed them the receipt and my bag with no burger. They told me to wait about 4 minutes, they gave me a fresh burger. They were very kind about it

The food is typical at this location. But the service and the attitude of the workers in this location is absolutely horrendous. They constantly stand around and talk when there is a line of customers. They push to use the kiosk when told that I can’t use it. They need to hire people at this location who are better in customer service. The location is dirty many times I go in. Over all, you would do better going to a different place.

By far the WORST fast food breakfast I’ve ever had. I tried to call and complain but the phone kept ringing, no one answered!! I spent $70 dollars and was not at all satisfied…. Hash browns were super greasy and stuck to the little bags they came in and the sausage croissant tasted like it was out of the microwave. Will not be going back to say the least. I really don’t even want to give a single star!!

I had the spicy chicken sandwich combo and my dad had the homestyle.
The experience was so so. My spicy burger was decent and I enjoyed it. But my dad hated the homestyle chicken burger because the breading was way too salty and his sandwich fell apart shortly after he started eating.
The fries were edible, but I didn’t enjoy the experience. I think the buns can be improved, they just tasted too bland. I’ve had better. This was our first time trying Jack in the Box and the best part of the experience was Michael who took our order. He was patient and really easy going. 5/5 for him.

I ordered my food online pick up, and when I got home I was missing a jumbo jack cheeseburger. I don’t understand why you can mess up the order so quick when there is nobody in line it wasn’t busy it was a online pick up.

This location is HORRIBLE!!! The nightshift all have an attitude of “how dare you bother me at this time of night” the man in his 30s doesn’t say thank you or please just hold on and is that it? They’ve either given me wrong orders completely to the tiny piece of chicken on my $6 burger. Management needs to step up and bring people in who actually want to work and have a friendly positive attitude, no one wants to go get food from a place like this. I mean look at what little cheese they put! Only on the corner and the fries are stale -__- how long have they really been there for?!?

JIB# 7257 ORDER# 147 came here at 3:55 am undercooked soaked in oil tacos and eggrolls are like UNDERCOOKED DOUGH avoid this store DISGUSTING had not the first time this is happened. Called them several time nobody picks up? (UPDATE) some one finally picks up at 5:30 am asked to speak to a manager she tells me in her broken English there is no manager till 6:00 am then I asked what’s the managers name she hangs up on me. this was supposed to be my end of the night after I getting of work UPSET
