We went to the Gallatin location. The food wasn’t bad this time but the time it took to get the food was awful. They brought my wings out within 5 min, but my husband had to wait 20. This might be justified for any number of reasons had our previous trip not been similar. I ordered a salad the last trip. The salad only came with half of the toppings and took 30 min (everyone else’s wings took about 10) but a SALAD? When we told them it did not come with everything, they tried to fix it but did not come out with the right onions. I like my salads a certain way and couldn’t even finish it. The whole experience was a disaster at this point. I was just glad to have a margarita to help the disappointment not hit so bad. The waiters are always so friendly, but something in the kitchen or management at this specific location needs to be looked at. 1 bad trip, okay. 2 bad trips, that’s worth reviewing.
So the complaint really is just wait times after ordering.

So my Server Emily was nothing short of AMAZING. Drinks were never empty. Constantly checked on us listened to our entire requests and kept a smile. The food was great and “WHAT” BWW got burgers “YES” they are tasty

We went to the Gallatin location for the first time yesterday. Loved the atmosphere and our server Emily was tops. My spouse just had a medical procedure and unfortunately we wound up taking everything home and Emily was so caring and sweet. The food was delicious and highly recommend. I think Buffalo Wild wings has the best burgers and will definitely be back. Thank you Emily you rock! Kuddos to the cooks as well!

Large menu, comfortable atmosphere with a lot of different TV’s. The service was fast and the food was good. A little pricey, but that seems to be the new normal. Outdoor seating is a plus.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to be honest that this was the filthiest experience I’ve ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. Straw wrappers, french fries, and napkin bits were scattered everywhere in the dining room… The bathroom had no soap and paper towel scraps were all over the floor and counters. Maybe they were understaffed today, but it’s a Wednesday night at 8pm…? The waitress was very nice but walked by us multiple times without removing empty glasses or dirty dishes, so it really just felt miserable and messy. We just moved here from out of state and have been missing Buffalo Wild Wings- we were excited to try this location, but we will not be back.

I’m not sure where they are ordering their wings from, but these are definitely anorexic chickens. I paid $60 for 30 wings and wedges. The carrots are the same size as the wings. It’s been like this the past couple times we went. We won’t be back. The only reason I put two stars instead of one is because the service was fine. The food is terrible though. Very disappointed. This used to be one of our favorite places to go!

Placed order through their website for delivery. Received order without the 20 wings. Called and they said miscommunication in kitchen and solution offered was me come pick it up or refund. Mistakes happen but would have appreciated the offer to have it delivered as was originally ordered.

I give them a “B” grade. The double burger patties were great. Plenty of meat. They did forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo bleu burger. Wings were spot on as always. Video review coming to Jack on the go show on YouTube.

Our waitress Rachel was awesome !!! She was super personable. Our food was not so good the boneless wings were over cooked . Our brisket tacos the shells were stale flour tortillas there was very small amount of minced beef looking substance drenched in bbq sauce. Rachel asked how it was we told her horrible she had her manager come over and they took the tacos off . The customer service was good . The restaurant was clean . I just wouldn’t go for food .
