Manager needs to be fired. She is power strong and refuses to make right of a situation. She was rude to my friend after the pizza was made wrong and did nothing to make it right. Was it really worth all of that to keep a happy consistent customer. Bread and sauce is not worth all of that attitude and rudeness. She must be the owner or the owners relative because she way too comfortable being rude to customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here 1 pepperoni and extra cheese pizza for the kids and 1 with pepperoni, sausage, onions feta and extra cheese. My husband went to pick it up. There was no extra cheese on the pizzas. The pizzas tasted dry like there was not enough sauce and both pizzas had a burnt taste to them. My husband said they had him look at each pizza before leaving but he was in a rush because the kids were complaining of being hungry and he didnt want to have to wait another 30 mins on top of the 45 mins we waited. We also got a salad which was part of a coupon we used and the amount of ranch dressing that came with the salad wasn’t even enough for 1 person. The salad was a nice size. Needless to say we wont be back. We have had pizza from here in the past and it was good but this time was so disappointing we will not return.

Delicious pizza BUT we were not aware of the $1 increase on the Tuesday and Wednesday cash only pizza deal! The old price was $10 , new price $11. We ordered 2 pizzas which would have been $20 but now its $22. Very inconvenient because bank machines do not let you take out $22 , i would need to take $40!

On December 10, 2025 at the Cleveland Heights location my elderly 66 year old grandfather fell inside of pizza bogos parking lot. Following his fall no one from the pizza bogo assisted him or catered to his well being after coming inside and alerting them that he had fell in the parking lot due to the lack of salt to break up ice. With that being said I was very unsatisfied with the service and attentiveness because the following day I called the store and made the manager aware that my grandfather had fallen and she disconnected the line after I asked her about pizza bogos counsel that represents them in situations like this one. One thing I would say to the owner is that you should really be cognitive on surrounding area of your business because my elderly grandfather is now missing work to be checked out by the nearest urgent care due to his fall. Overall I would say DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA BOGO!!! They are rude, unprofessional and it’s very dangerous.

The customer service here is terrible! I’ve been ordering from here since it opened and never had a problem until the other night. I called at 9:54 pm Wednesday night, a worker answered and said they weren’t taking orders rudely and hung up right away. My mom called two minutes later and another worker said she could order. So we ordered and the wait was 35 minutes. We waited, got the pizza and came home. The pizza was smeared in hummus and I couldn’t see what toppings were under. When I dug through alot of the toppings I ordered weren’t under the mess. There was sausage, chicken, asparagus, green peppers, red onions and spinach. I ordered NONE of that. None of that even sounds good together lol I ordered pepperoni, black olives, jalapeños, feta, hummus and balsamic glaze. Out of what I ordered I only got the pepperoni, hummus and balsamic glaze. I called the next day and was immediately put on hold and hung up on multiple times. I called the second day talked to the manager and she got a nasty attitude and nothing was solved. She said I should’ve checked in which I did. I told her toppings were covered in hummus and she said well you should’ve had the employee check. Then she says two days have gone by anyways and you already ate the pizza. I said I didn’t because the thought of eating all of those toppings together disgusted me lol so I said I just wasted my money huh? She says yup! So basically don’t patronize this establishment. Pizza sucks along with management. I will never come back
