I went here on a slow Monday night, but the food was very underwhelming. Both the dishes I ordered seemed reheated and stale. Id rather be steered away from certain dishes on an understandably slow night than be served stale food.
I won’t recommend the lamb meatballs. The sauce looked and tasted like it could’ve come from any store bought marinara sauce. The meatballs were forgettable too.
I ordered the chicken piccata and it’s hard to not pick up on a breaded, fried piece of meat that’s not freshly fried.
This restaurant was recommended by a friend too, so doubly disappointed. Hope others have a better experience on a busier day.
Beautiful decor and the bartender gave a homeless person some water, which was kind of her.

My family and I need a place to dine after the L.A. and Charolette game. We decided to let the kids choose, surprisingly enough the choice was 204 North. Quick reminder, we are not from the Charolette area, just out-of-towners looking to catch a vibe. For those who don’t, the restaurant is in the downtown area, so we had to walk about three blocks, which was absolutely fine. The stree was well shaded for the walkie. Upon entering the restaurant, to our surprise there was a beautiful wedding ceremony going on. Congratulations to the lovely couple. The ambiance was beautiful, the tables and chairs were clean, windows we well maintained,no dust in the rafters of the ceiling, so the restaurant has great air flow……..two thumbs up! My family ani didn’t have to sit very long before we were welcomed by our waiter, who was very patient and informative about the menu. We ordered, waited maybe 35 to 40 minutes and the food was served. Deep breath……..the food does not match the service and the environment at all. Super bummer! My daughter ordered the steak well done, the order wasn’t well but pink and tough with no taste. She decided to return the item, explaining the waiter what the issue was. My wife order the lamb meatballs, again the food doesn’t match the environment. The meatballs were just that, meatballs and red marinara sauce and nothing extra. My son order the garlic herb wing, that were missing the garlic and the herb, pooey! The wings taste fried naked with an attempt of seasoning, try marinating. I (poppa bear) ordered the burger with the caesar salad, which the caesar was served with iceberg lettuce, a big no no. I do not mind in house sauce and croutons, just make sure that the flavor is there, in which the caesar dressing needs help. For this restaurant, i purposely refused to order any alcoholic beverages, curious to see if the alcohol would enhance the foods taste, sure enough it would have if a buzz the direction. All I all not a bad restaurant, just dont leave me unbalanced, great presentation, but mediocre food.

Unfortunately… my fried Chicken Sandwich was chewy and couldn’t even bite through it with my teeth. It was bad!!! my colleagues salad for which she ordered steak ( additional $14.00 ) as her protein. It was terrible also… service was great.The atmosphere was wonderful, but the food was terrible!!!

Wonderful meal and AMAZING service from our server MJ. The atmosphere was fantastic and we had a wonderful celebratory dinner. All of the food was amazing, but the deviled eggs and pork chop really stood out!

I was here for Thanksgiving. The menu was fantastic for Thanksgiving. The only thing not recommended is the stuffing, everything else was lovely. The location has an upscale industrial feel about it.

Exceptional food and cocktail selection. There is a seperate lunch and dinner menu pending time you dine. Food tasted delightful and we were able to get seated quickly. I’d recommend the salmon or the chicken. All the drinks were great pours and put together with care.

We hosted a Rehearsal Dinner for our son’s wedding for 60 guests at the private space upstairs at 204 North Kitchen and Cocktails. Our event coordinator helped us through all of the planning and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond! The food, staff and service were all excellent.

We recently had our Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his bride on June 28th and it was beautifully decorated and the food was great and the staff provided great service! I have to give a BIG shout out to Claudia who was our event coordinator. She was phenomenal in handling all the details and she provided excellent service! Claudia was easy to talk to and was definitely professional in how she handled everything. Thanks Claudia for a job well done and 204 North for hosting us!!! Beautiful venue, great staff, and great food!!! 5 stars and highly recommended!!!

My fiancé & I celebrated Valentine’s Day here & had such a great experience, we really couldn’t have picked a better place! I highly recommend the Nashville Fried Deviled Eggs, they are a 20/10 truly! Morgan, our server, was super friendly & made great recommendations as well as other staff whom also table touched despite us not being their guest. I loved THAT! Aaron, the general manager was a pleasure to speak with and share my thoughts on the wonderful menu items! If you’re looking for a quaint and cozy brunch place to check out, look no further!

Took my son and family for his 21st birthday brunch. It was fantastic and I had Macho for a server again which was a treat! Still the same fantastic energy but our group was large. He did an awesome job and my son really enjoyed himself as we all did. Thanks 204N and Macho again!
Had an outstanding brunch. I don’t know if the food, drinks, or Macho was the star of the show. Highly recommend the deviled eggs, the coffee is absolutely perfect, steak and chicken and waffles. Didn’t take pics of food… but it’s worth it. You can tell leadership creates an environment where the staff is able to thrive. Love to support local. Seasonal menu change is coming also!
