Updated review…. I felt it only fair to update my previous review. At Jessica’s suggestion, along with 3 patrons, I tried the Chicken Ranch club sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The chicken breast was crispy on the outside and very moist, unlike most chicken breasts. The sandwich is huge! I have had it 3 times and it has consistently been good.
In reference to my comments about the wings, my sister in law likes Parmesan but also likes spicy. The server was extremely friendly and helpful (I wish I could remember her name) and arranged for the cook to make a special combination of two flavors.
There are so many good options here.
I saw where some people complained about the long wait for food.

I gave a three star rating on the food but to be fair, this food review is only on the wings.
I have had the fish and chips here and they are great! My mom is British and I lived briefly in England as a child and know good fish and chips.
First, the service was great!
My server was Jessica at the bar and she was fantastic! She was attentive and friendly. I’m a people watcher and saw how she interacted with her customers and she was genuine.
Now for the food… I love wings and am always looking for good wings. Granted, I only tried the garlic Parmesan and Nuclear so I have yet to try the other flavors.
I love spicy but the nuclear were not spicy at all. For those looking for a more detailed description, the nuclear tasted like they were drenched in Louisiana hot sauce or Texas Pete.
The garlic Parmesan were very garlicky but the Parmesan must have hurdled right over the wings, missing the wings completely.
I also ordered onion rings and the rings were great. They were crispy, not greasy and seasoned perfectly.
JJ’s has an expansive menu and there are several items to choose from. I will definitely be back.
I’m not giving up on other wing flavors.

My opinion is based on the atmosphere of a sport bar and grill. Lively and fun. Friendly and quick service. My brother and I eat here at least 2 times a week. Our favorite server is Alexis–she’s always on the ball, friendly and willing to see that all our needs are met. She even greets us whether we are at her table or not. Food is delicious. My favorites are the Chicken Pickle Sandwich and the Patty Melt. And, you have to try the $1.99 Margaritas!

JJ’s in Bella Vista, Northwest Arkansas completely saved our night — and then exceeded every expectation.
This was our first time at JJ’s, and we honestly ended up here last minute after discovering another place was closed. What a lucky turn that ended up being. When we arrived, the bar was full, but there were several tables open, and almost immediately a spot opened up at the bar for us. The flow and organization alone made a great first impression.
We ended up staying nearly two hours and were pleasantly surprised to still enjoy happy hour pricing on beer and food — plus getting to try their $1.99 margaritas, which felt almost unreal these days. Everything we ordered was solid, but the churros were an absolute highlight and worth coming back for on their own.
By the time we left, the place was completely packed, yet the service never slipped. It stayed fast, friendly, and consistent, which says a lot. We were seated near the kitchen and got a front-row view of the staff interactions during shift changes — and it was genuinely refreshing to see how well everyone worked together. You could tell the team actually enjoys their jobs, respects one another, and truly appreciates both new and returning customers.
JJ’s clearly has its system dialed in — from daily happy hour and “happy minutes” specials to a team that keeps the energy high even during a rush. If you’re in Bella Vista or anywhere in Northwest Arkansas and looking for a bar with great drinks, great food, and even better service, JJ’s is a must-visit.

Was there on a Saturday night, and they were pretty busy, but they seated us quickly. Server was nice but very distracted. She forgot us after taking our drink order and apologized when she remembered us. Unfortunately, service didn’t improve after that. We had ordered an appetizer, which arrived with two of our entrees AFTER my husband’s entree was delivered. Hubby really enjoyed his wings and kept talking about them later. The jalapeno taquito appetizer was good, not great. Daughter didn’t enjoy the chicken fried steak, she said the breading was too thick. I ordered the famous burger, but the bun was stale, and I ended up eating just the meat. My onion rings were the star of the show for me. Had to flag the server down multiple times to get the check. I’d return again to give the service and food another chance. But not on a night when they have live music. Music was good, but entirely too loud for that space and that time of evening. Our server couldn’t hear us, and conversation at dinner was impossible.

They had live music playing and it was pretty good! Ive been to JJs a few times and the food just isnt that great. Its bar food, its heavy and greasy and its to help you soak up all that beer! Cheese fries were just a glued up mess and wasnt hot. Wasnt impressed with the beer either, no head and just didnt taste right. My server Audrey was really nice and attentive.

It’s a neighborhood bar kind of place. But, it’s in a pretty good neighborhood sooo… They have a really good selection on their menu. If you like really good pub food and appetizers. This is your place. Our server was very friendly and top notch. There was an error on both of our parts on our order. Which she immediately corrected. I wish I could remember her name. Because I know these businesses read these reviews. And i’d to see her get her props…
