first time stopping in ages, 2 burgers, 1 spicy chicken, 3 chili. First somebody thought it was funny to dump ALL the spicy on the chicken, couldn’t eat it at all. The chili was ALL FREAKING ONION, a few beans, absolutely no meat and sauce. What a rip off

Ultra slow 30 mins for food, dirty building, out of common foods, I returned my salad as the chicken had the texture of meat that had been sitting out for hours.

I don’t know why I still go here. I just paid $7.99 for this salad that is half full, no blue cheese, no candied pecans.
This is how my order just went. I would like a #9. We have no fries. Just give me the sandwich with a large sweet tea. I also need a 5for$5. We don’t have the nuggets and remember no fries. Oh yeah hold on let me ask my daughter. Ok give me the pretzel burger. We don’t have the pretzel bun. Get her the burger I get. I need a large strawberry lemonade. We don’t have any lemonade. Then a Dr.Pepper. We don’t have any Dr. Pepper. Look at the burgers I got. I paid $17 for 2 of those burgers and 2 large drinks.

The computer system was only taking one order at a time. There was an employee doing clean up wiping down behind the counter. The food had grease finger prints on the wrappers. I ordered Jr cheeseburger deluxe but got Jr cheeseburger. One order of fries but got 2. Look at the tray picture. The cup lids were wrong way in dispenser making it difficult to get one. The ketchup dispenser was not working. We had plenty of tray papers.

AWFUL. Workers have attitudes. Workers were arguing with each other. Ordered three coffees. We were only charged with two. We were told “go back through the drive through. I don’t have a register to help you with that.” To top it all off the food we order wasn’t even heated up. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but that’s no excuse to be rude.

Absolutely no sense of urgency here whatsoever. Everyone is working in slow motion at it’s the noon lunch hour. Cashier kept walking away after every order even though 6 people were in line. The burger was alright, but the fries were off colored and barely cooked. The soda machine was out of everything except coke. Bathrooms were a mess. This place is a straight up joke and the manager should be ashamed. The employee’s were outside smoking, one was in the lobby talking to his friend.

I stopped at this store while driving back home. It was quite busy, but the staff was doing their best to get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.
There was an issue with my order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I want to give special kudos to the store manager who was on duty on August 5th around 1 p.m. — their professionalism made a big difference.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how the staff handles them that truly shapes the customer experience — and in this case, they handled it exceptionally well.

Absolutely terrible. You should just close this location. No TP in the ladies bathroom, no ketchup in either dispenser, no ice in the machine and both my fries and nuggets were served cold.
