I drink dark black coffee and they made it perfect.
I kinda want to give one star rating because the music was so loud I could not have a conversation and I had to clean the armrest and side table
Honestly that table has not been wiped down for several days.

I came when they were pretty busy, and saw at least 6 workers hustling… for my food to take over a half an hour. I ordered two food items at the same time that came out over 15 minutes apart, 20 mins after my drink. The drinks seemed to be coming quickly, at least. Disappointing.

The service the last year has been horrible. Stop visiting for months because orders were wrong or the drinks were horrible. Started going back few weeks ago and same thing drinks not made right or how ordered. Definitely lost a lot of our works business due to the drinks not being made right.

They were a little busy. Came in to the register wanting to order a drink. Lady knew I was standing there and just ignored me. Could have at least said something like “I’ll be with you in a second” or something but no, just ignored me. Stood there for like 3 to 4 minutes and then just left. Terrible customer service.

Service was friendly and I got my ice water and coffee pretty quickly. The girl that helped me had braids and was very nice.
They ran out of tall straws and with these iffy lids I’m bound to wearing coffee within 30 minutes.

At 8pm on November 22 2024 I had the best experience at Starbucks ever. A young woman at the Marion Starbucks took my order and was sooo enthusiastic. She told me if i told her a joke I would receive a free item, I continued to tell the cringiest dad joke and she busted out laughing. I received not one not two but three free cake pops! Also my two drinks were made perfectly. This young lady went above and beyond and really restored my faith in humanity. I wish i could give her credit but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Whoever she was she NEEDS a raise.
