1. The dining area was empty and very messy. Only two tables were clean. All the other tables all had crumbs, garbage and filth on them as well as the floor.
2. When ordering, some of the pans were almost empty and a few looked dried up at the bottom. The Queso was dried up yet the the server scraped the bottom of the pan and she put it on my rice bowl. She then went to the back to put more on my bowl without bringing up a new pan of queso.
3. I wanted some fajita stuff but there was only a few peppers at the bottom of the pan. The server again scraped up what she could, which was not even a mouthful and put it in my bowl. That was it. She yelled to the back that she needed more but none came. She didn’t even wait.
4. I didn’t order any other almost empty ingredients since the server had no clue what edible food looks like.
5. My wife ordered the Carne Asada which looked dry, but itbwas a full pan. The server decided to scoop the least amount of dried meat possible. I really thought she was going to get some more, but no. She just moved on.
6. As we ate, every mouthful of rice had some hard, dried rice like it was old and should have been replaced. Some of the rice grains were as hard as pebbles.
Overall, a surprisingly the worst experience at any eating establishment. My wife’s plate was mostly pebble rice with a little dried meat. We didn’t say anything as there were people standing next to the register waiting for interviews.
We’re not sure we’ll ever go back to that Chipotle as there is another one not far that is cleaner and run much better. Seems like the staff really didn’t care about the food quality and had no clue what customer service means.
PS- The music was wierd and not any kind of mainstream genre, and we have eclectic taste in music.
I think they already knew what was up because my vinaigrette came in the souffle cup up on the side. Appreciate that btw ❤️
The food was nice and hot and ready when I got there, There was a decent portion of meat in the quesadilla, and It was super cheesy. You’ve got some great workers at the store chipotle!
The picture I shared I already put some of the sour cream in the vinaigrette. Honestly it tasted just as good without it. I guess if you eat their quesadillas a lot it’s a good way to switch it up.
I had originally planned to pick it up and continue Dashing while snacking on it but, personally? I had to pause my Dash to devour it because it was that good.
This Chipotle is busy a majority of the time. Depending on the worker, you could get skimpy portions. Overall, this is a good location.
