I just received the most horrible experience of life at this location and I am 42 years old.I ordered my food via the app and waited in line to pickup my order. Once I made it to the window the gentleman advised me that I need to pull over and wait until they bring my food out. I asked him roughly how long it would take and he stated he wasn’t sure I asked him would it be 30 mins and he then asked Abby Ware how long it would take and she stated “As long as it will take her.” I asked if he can ask her to come to the window. Once she arrived I asked her why would she say that and that was very rude of her. She said that they only have two workers. I stated I understand your frustration but thats not how you talk to a paying customer she mumbled “she is pissing me off and walked off. I am still waiting on my refund and I would never do business with this enterprise again. Its okay to be short staffed but its never okay to be rude to your paying customers just because you are asking for an estimate timeframe. My goal was to go and pickup my food hence this is the reason I ordered on line. If you are short staffed why would you allow this option!! You never know what a person has to do thats why I choose this option. You also never know what a person is going through its okay to be kind!!

We used the location on O’Neal Lane, went through the drive thur, rhe line was long but also inside. We place our order but the young didn’t give us the cost, so when we made it to the window he tells us $28+ when we ask why because the price listed on the board was different, his response “I’m just reading what says” that’s your price, like what no explanation no this is what you order just no people skills at all. The only reason we took the order because another worker overheard and gave a quick and brief explanation, and didn’t have any other alternative in mind. This was the first and last visit to this location.

This place is a joke! I walked in at 7:45pm to place an order, there were 2 people ahead of me waiting for their food. No acknowledgment from the staff, completely ignored. One person was served and as other people came in they were asked if they are picking up mobile orders or they need to order. I asked a person behind a counter if I should place an order online or I can order with someone, one girl said you can order, and the other one said with nasty attitude “we fixin her order now!” I just walked out. Mind you there were 2 cars in the Drive thru and 2 people in the store. There were at least 5 or 6 people walking in the back kitchen, 2 young girls behind front counter, and older woman cleaning in the back. I run fast food business and I understand hustle, rush, pressure, even stress but negative attitude towards guests is not something that should be tolerated. Employees rolling eyes at guests without provocation and blatant rudeness and disrespect is not something that should be a company standard.
There are signs on the entrance doors that say that this store is a training store, I am wondering if this is just a sign because it seems that these employees don’t have any training or they just don’t care.
If management is reading this review please visit your store and speak to your employees about importance of good customer service in today’s economy. Little hello goes a long way….

I don’t like ordering delivery from Popeye’s because in the instructions I specify dark meat only. I never get what I asked for. I said please and thank you. It’s like no one reads the special instructions. No honey for the biscuits but tons of ketchup and spicy packets, which I didn’t ask for. The chicken pieces are very small, especially the legs and thighs. I paid $40 for 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, beans and apple pie. I wouldn’t be leaving this review, if they would have read the instructions and given me ALL DARK MEAT!!!

Just literally bought the twenty dollar family meal.first things first they didn’t give me the correct chicken, I asked for original and got spicy. Got shorted on the chicken and it was burnt. I guess I won’t be getting chicken from this location anymore since they can’t get orders correct.

Is this place a darn daycare or fast food restaurant?!?!?!? Almost everytime I go there to dine in there is always 3 little children running around the place making loud noises, playing with the drink dispenser and one even came up to my table and attempted to take food from my plate. I love kids but there is a time and place for everything and that was not it. Obviously their parent works there because they are always in the lobby unsupervised. Something has to be done about this and honestly I think I’ll be dinning in at another location…

Considering all the Popeyes closed near my home, this was absolutely the BEST chicken, perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. Friendly staff.
