Ordered food for a retail establishment for black Friday to feed our hungry crew. They were courteous and prompt, even when I changed the pick up time to be earlier. They even helped me bring it to my car!!! The food was hot and delicious and enjoyed. Definitely 100% best customer service I’ve received in a long time!!!!

Fast, friendly service. We ordered the super family meal and it was served within 5 minutes! Dining room floor was a little dirty, but not terrible. Love the breadsticks!!! Plan on spending $25-$30 for 2 people.

This place is WAY too good for how affordable it is. I wish the cinnamon rolls had made it to the pictures, but we devoured them before I thought to take them! I’ve never gotten so many cinnamon rolls for $2.50. Free breadsticks, everything under $10.. Me and the GF pigged out for $20! I wish we had this back home.

UPDATE: gave them another try 1/25/24. My salad contained ROTTEN, brown, slimy lettuce . Definitely will never go back again!!!
Quality has REALLY gone downhill. Their Alfredo sauce tastes like it was made with water. Their grilled chicken would have been good if it hadn’t been overcooked and way over seasoned. Their only saying grace is that their bread sticks are still awesome. Not sure we will ever go back.

I went through the drive through and wanted to order like a family sized bucket of spaghetti but their personless drive through ordering makes that impossible. I ended up getting 2 orders of Spaghetti to take home. Fazolis, I really do not like your impersonal drive through. Please being people back so I can order what I really want. I guess I’m just not ready for the way you’re doing it.
