On our way to NYC we stopped here for some coffee and bagels. Service was a little slow considering it was 8am and not many people were there. But we got exactly what we ordered. I used my app and had a $1 off drinks.

Uhhmm, I thought I got half a sandwich because it was tightly wrapped and wasted everyone’s time about it… The workers didn’t give me a hard time about not even opening my sandwich to check before coming back in to ask about it, though they should’ve cuz I was in the wrong. Sorry about that… I hadn’t eaten all day and my brain wasnt working well. Good sandwich, sorry again to all the people working and getting someone kind of scolded but it was totally my bad!! Sorry sorry sorry!!!

I tried the new Thai soup last time I was here, and it was very good. Not as spicy as a typical curry, and still had a good Thai flavor. I went with 1/2 a bacon, turkey, bravo sandwich to go with it. The sauce on the sandwich did not pair well with the Thai soup, but that’s my fault. I would recommend both, just not together.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!!! Asked for a bacon, egg, cheese bagel. This is what I got. I advised half of my bagel was missing bacon. I advised I wanted more bacon and would gladly pay for more. Brooke, the cashier, said there absolutely was no way to fix that because a la carte items were no longer available for purchase at the register, and that that WAS the correct amount of bacon.She could not charge or give me more bacon, period. Hopefully the PANERA company really appreciates those 2 strips of bacon you saved them which caused a bad experience for a loyal paying customer, BROOKE. Panera Aberdeen, I am disappointed.

Went in at 9am to get three fresh baguettes. Was told the baker doesn’t come in till 2pm this day and was offered “reheated baguettes from the day before” which would have made them hard. What about having fresh bakery products same day or is this always the case and they aren’t telling customers they are eating and paying for day old products. GROSS!!!

This morning we had the absolutely best bagels we have had in a while. Please give Will the Bagel Maker in the Aberdeen Panera a raise so he never leaves! And keep him in Aberdeen. The Asiago bagels he makes outdo any Bagel I have had.

This place is pretty disgusting and dirty. In the women’s bathroom I accidentally stepped in human excrement that was in the middle of the stall. My husband and son encountered a homeless man standing in front of the sink in the men’s bathroom changing his clothes and harassing them. The smell was horrible. The bagels were ok but the little cup of cream cheese they serve is a joke. We have had it with Panera.
