Decided to get take out at Popeyes on Stage Road in Bartlett. Ordered using the app and got the special of 3 pieces of chicken for $5. Got 2 sets one with white meat only and other with dark meat only. Chicken was good with good crispy fried batter. Chicken was moist. Pieces of chicken are good sized. Dark meat box had 2 thighs and a leg. White meat box has 1 large breast and 2 wings. No sides came with it. Had to wait extra 10 minutes for them to cook the dark meat. Went into the sure to get the carry out and found that 3 of the 4 doors were locked from the outside to limit entry. I suspect all the doors can be opened out from the inside. I can only vouch for 2 of them. Eatery was clean appearing. Staff was nice.

i’ve had enough….and its a companywide problem. The employees either cant tell the difference between a spicy and plain (chicken OR fish) or they just dont care which one you ordered. This particular location has served me no less than 5 incorrect sandwiches over
the years. Really sucks to pay $6 for a sandwich and get a spicy one……i honestly think
they dont care. Be warned that its a wildcard
whether you get normal or spicy. Such a weird
thing to have happen consistently

Stopped in on a Tuesday at 1pm for lunch. I was a dine-in customer. Place was busy, both inside as well as drive thru. I was the 4th person in line(inside) and I was watching the employee who was waiting on everyone inside the store,his name is Terry. He was courteous but not overly as he was very busy. I’m in the food business(almost 44 years now) so I usually understand everything going on behind the counter. I was impressed how this guy handled the pressure of being busy, not panicking, not forgetting all that he was having to remember, getting all the sides, and was attentive asking questions of the customer he was serving. I watched him doing this professionally to three sets of customers before me, as well as myself. I hope this guy gets a promotion to management if he’s not already there.

The workers here STOLE OUR CREDIT CARD by not giving it back after ordering through the drive through and then after work, went across the street to the smoke shop and used our card. The nature and manner that this was followed up with was poor. Extremely disappointed. I barely eat fast food and so haven’t been there in years. The service has certainly went to its lowest.
We are now working with the police but doubt this was the first time nor is it the only worker that is involved. Most of them looked unfazed with the exception of the manager.

I really enjoy Popeye’s. However, this location has not opened the lobby since 2020. The drive-thru is always long and seems like they only service one order at a time. I drive to another location when I want Popeye’s.

For the past two days I’ve gone to this location only to find the lobby doors locked and the drive through line long. I’ve also noticed that the drive through only takes one order and will not take another one until that first order has received the food. Unacceptable! I’ve seen other complaints about this as well and you state it will be addressed with management team. Well it either hasn’t been or they just don’t give a crap. So done with location.

At some point upper management / franchise owners need to step in and fix a blatant issue . This location severely suffers its drive through times at night . I waited 15 minutes just to get to the drive through speaker to be told to wait . Wait several more minutes I order , takes around another 3-4 to get to the drive through window . I’m asked to pull up and wait 4 more minutes for wings alright cool they’ll be fresh atleast . Wait 4 minutes the girl comes out and tells me to pull further down they pull someone else behind me wait another 5 minutes girl comes out and ask me to pull all the way down to the end so they continue to pull several cars behind me. This management is an absolute joke and this will become another fast food place closed because they can’t drive business because they have no standards.

The service was fast with no cars in line, which might have been a dead give away!!! The chicken was terrible! It didn’t even look like popeyes chicken. Gave them a 2nd chance, but I think I am out permanently at this location.

I went up there today and I have my autistic son with me and they made him cry. The guy at the window. He wore blue gray contacts smaller belt help me wait 15 minutes for my chicken. It turned into 45 minutes came outside with my food was missing all of my sides and tried to just hand me a bag of fries. I asked for a strawberry lemonade. He gave me a sweet tea. I asked for mashed potatoes, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese. He handed me a bag of french fries I paid for two biscuits and extra sauce. I ended up not getting neither one I had to go in with My Son, which made him very agitated so to sum everything up the video that I have I’m going to social media about it.
