Briggs Grill Shack is a barbecue food truck with family recipes. Our food is prepared with soul and cooked with love. Our menu consist of rib tips, turkey knuckles, polish dogs, walking tacos and chili cheese dogs. All of our meats are covered with our one of a kind secret barbecue sauce. Mr. Briggs and his buddies are the nicest guys you’ll meet and his turkey knuckles is one of the best bbq bites I’ve had. They chatted with my son and I for quite a while and their personalities were electric and d contagious. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.
