Great little restaurant. This is the kind of place some people see the outside and decide to go somewhere else. That is a big mistake. Great food and great service. If you are anywhere near you should stop by. Great food at great prices. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will go back whenever I’m in the area!

Pancakes and coffee were awesome! Sausage reminded me of school breakfast though. Frozen then reheated and bland. Menu is basic diner food – omelets, country breakfast, etc. Had a cool quilt on display.

Stopped in for dinner and had a great experience! We started with the fried banana peppers—the breading was fantastic. I also had to try the strawberry pretzel salad since it was noted as the “best in town.” While it was good, I consider myself a bit of a pretzel salad snob, and I’ve had better.
For our main courses:
The cod sandwich with fries was solid after a little added salt.
The BBQ sandwich with fries was absolutely fabulous—flavorful, filling, and worth ordering again.
The chicken sandwich (with tomato, mayo, and lettuce) was fresh and satisfying.
Service was great—refills came quickly, and everything was reasonably priced.

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant in Stanton. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. If you like home cooked meals, I recommend you try this place! The hot fudge Brownie is my favorite dessert they have. One brownie is enough for 2 people to share. A must try is their deep-fried cauliflower bites with ranch. They are very good.

My husband and I loved this place! It’s pinnacle southern cooking and hospitality. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had breakfast and picked up oreo pie! Everything was so filling and lovely! If we ever go back to Red River Gorge, we’ll definitely go there again.

Excellent Mom and Pop type restaurant with large portions, welcoming staff(shout out to Christi awesome waitress!). Comfort food that will leave you overfull and loving it. Many desserts, if you can save space(we couldn’t) . Will definitely be back.
