I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. Every time I visit, the staff rushes me through the ordering process. Even when I repeat my order back to confirm it, they simply nod or say “yes” to move to the next person without actually listening.
I understand that peak hours are busy, but it is unreasonable to pay for a meal and receive something completely different that I don’t enjoy. To make matters worse, the staff is very dismissive and stingy with condiments, which feels unnecessarily rude. This wasn’t a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern. I’ll be taking my business to a different location from now on.
What made the situation even worse was the response from management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make it right, the manager refused to help and said it “wasn’t his fault” because he had just walked in. That is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I don’t care who is on shift — the business should take responsibility and fix mistakes, not pass blame.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of and left without their orders or their money. There is a serious lack of accountability and customer care here.
I would strongly caution others before ordering from this location. Based on my experience, there seems to be no system in place to protect customers when something goes wrong, and no willingness from staff to make things right.
