Nick was our exceptional server today. Our food was absolutely phenomenal! I’ll never understand, however, why Chili’s always packs people in hoards when there is a whole open restaurant. Why not let people have a little space between guests if it isn’t crowded? This is the main reason we don’t typically go to Chili’s. But man, this food was DELISH. I’d have sat on my neighbor’s lap to eat it if I had to.

WOW! Just wow! I did an online order and everything is perfect. The website said there weren’t anymore loaded mashed potatos left so I opted for the Mac n cheese. When I went to pick up my order and I asked if they were really out- she went in the back and made it happen for me. On top of my Mac n cheese. So sweet! Steak is cooked to perfection. Asparagus is crispy and delicious. I am so happy with my order and service.

Lisa my server was great! She was attentive to my needs for water, and was courteous.
I ordered a ribeye steak and boneless wings. They both came out quickly without much wait time.
This is one of the more expensive restaurants, but the price is worth the good service and food.
Only point of improvement could have been the mashed potatoes with the steak. It felt a little too moist.

Food was delicious. You definitely get well portioned meals . I would recommend personal space between managers and employees especially being the employees are young women. Overall food was good and atmosphere was clean

Pleasant experience. Restroom floor could have used a quick sweep. Our steaks were cooked as requested and son enjoyed the brisket dish he ordered. Our waitress was very attentive. A great way to end the day after hiking around Lake Pleasant.

The most God awful food and experience. The bartender took my order which first included a plate of Texas cheese fries. However, you could very clearly tell that the fries were overdone and were hard and the cheese was burnt. After the bartender took the fries, Liz tried to apologize but not even a meal order was asked. After I left, I called and the general manager named Jeff was dismissive, rude and belittling. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chili’s off Deer Valley. Ethan and his crew will treat you right.

New additions to menu were yummy! Service was quick and friendly! Unfortunately/sadly, price increases have made the value of dining here difficult to frequent as often as before.
